Unfortunately, Jill made me feel very uncomfortable when I called to inquire about who I could contact about an injured dog in the neighborhood I am viaitvis. I am not from the area, and I noticed an injured dog as I walking with my nephew through the neighborhood. I called this hospital to inquire about who I could contact to check on the dog Jill told me in a very sarcastic tone that, "if you arent conformable knocking on their door I guess you can call the police." Jill should recieve both customer service training before handling any sensitive phone calls in the future. Hopefully other operators are more well-suited to provide simple answers.

The worst animal hospital ever I would not advise anyone to take their pet here especially if you care for your animal. I thought they woul be helpful but I wish I would have come here to read reviews. You ask them what all you need the older lady at the desk has no clue and the doctor could care less if your pet was dying.my dog had one area on his back and with no help to the vet she missed diagnosed him and I had to pay hundreds to another vet please do not give them the time of day this vet need to be shut down as soon as possible

Been taking my pet here for years, all the Veterinarians and Vet Techs are nice. I utilize the prepaid monthly plan for my adult dog, which seems fair and offers good care/vaccinations.

I would just like to say that Dr. Hendrickson and the rest of the assistants and front desk staff members are amazing. My family has been taking our pets to this office for the last 15 years or so and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. The last couple of months we have been to the office at least once a week for one or more of our five animals and the staff is all very patient and takes extra time to answer all our questions. I feel like they really take interest in their patients and will definitely be continuing my business with this office for as long as I have pets! These people really are the best!

I would just like to say that Dr. Hendrickson and the rest of the assistants and front desk staff members are amazing. My family has been taking our pets to this office for the last 15 years or so and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.
