Not a good experience. Told me one price on the phone, then charged me double. When I questioned it, the lady was snotty. Didn’t really thoroughly examine the cats. Weighed them, but didn’t tell me weight. Didn’t ask questions or explain anything, as they were going along. I think because it’s a wealthy area, they push the expensive things that aren’t needed, and dumb rich people just pay. Couldn’t spell my name right. If they don’t care about the humans, how are they treating the animals? Weren’t friendly. Didn’t greet or welcome me, or the patients, at the front door. I stood there for 10 minutes, and then acted annoyed because I was there. My cat needed a rabies shot, which she got, but at no time did they vet speak to the cost. Would have been helpful if he addressed the extra costs as they went along. Also, explain things to the humans. Say what you are doing. Give a summary of each pet. Greet people at the front door with a nice warm hello, and be polite. Hiring a capable receptionist would go along way to improving this place. Read Less
