I brought my Severe Macaw here for boarding for a week. I was a nervous wreck trying to find a place to board as he is a biter! Also, birds can get sick very easily and they hide it so I wanted a place with a vet on staff. This place put my mind at ease! His cage was kept clean, the water was fresh, and so was the food. They also let me bring in his cage so he would have more room and feel at home. This was his first time ever being boarded. They told me he was a blast to have there and only squawked on the last day. He had his normal demeanor but was happy to go home. It is nice to have a place to take your exotics to and not have to worry about them not knowing what to do. I will be using them again. So, if you need a place to board your bird or other exotic this is the place to do it. Also, it was insanely cheap!

Very conscious of care. They really take time to explain everything in detail. They take exceptional care of my pet. They are very reasonably priced. I'm very comfortable leaving my pet in their hands...

The office staff is wonderful. The doctors are truly caring and do a great job. The prices are not on the high side and they have discount "shots" days.

I travel for a living, and it is difficult when I need vet care on the road. The ladies here took a last minute appt. At 5pm to get my dog in before 7. They were also the most reasonable price vet I have ever been to, and instead of charging me for an emergency visit for an out of towner, they discounted my first visit and got what we needed to get my dog and I back in the road for much less than I expected. Highly recommend this vet hospital and their wonderful staff.

We had to put our boxer down and boy was it a tough decision. From setting up the appointment to the decision day, the staff was warm, compassionate, understanding and all around supportive through the very tough time. They followed up with a card with sincere words of sympathy. One of the best places with the best people.

Excellent clinic! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and they have always been caring and compassionate with my pets. Dr. Schaht is a very "old school" doctor and is very honest about what you absolutely need or don't need in terms of treatment. Staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommended.

We were absolutely disgusted by this place. The vet was the rudest man we have ever met. He yelled at the assistant for no reason. Then he tried forcing our dog to the table as he yelled at him. I tol...
We were absolutely disgusted by this place. The vet was the rudest man we have ever met. He yelled at the assistant for no reason. Then he tried forcing our dog to the table as he yelled at him. I told the man to not man handle my dog and he just ignored my presence. Next he yelled at the assistant for my dog flinching When the man was trying to draw blood. Obviosuly a dog is going to flinch when a needle is stuck in his arm. He wasn't even concerned that our dogs arm swelled up! The assistants seemed like they were fed up with this man and the way he treats them as well. He should definitely not be allowed to call himself a 'caregiver' of any sorts. He couldn't even introduce himself to us or our dog. Obviously he doesn't care for any animals well being.

I brought my Severe Macaw here for boarding for a week. I was a nervous wreck trying to find a place to board as he is a biter! Also, birds can get sick very easily and they hide it so I wanted a place with a vet on staff. This place put my mind at ease! His cage was kept clean, the water was fresh, and so was the food. They also let me bring in his cage so he would have more room and feel at home. This was his first time ever being boarded. They were also the most reasonable price vet I have ever been to, and instead of charging me for an emergency visit for an out of towner, they discounted my first visit and got what we needed to get my dog and I back in the road for much less than I expected. Excellent clinic! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and they have always been caring and compassionate with my pets. Dr. Schaht is a very "old school" doctor and is very honest about what you absolutely need or don't need in terms of treatment. Staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommended.
