I want to share that I have had the lives of two oh so precious cats in the hands of Dr. Lynda Gustavsen over the span of almost 20 years now. In that time, I absolutely and always received the most professional and compassionate care from her and the entire staff. I have received handwritten sympathy cards at their eventual passings from Dr. Gustavsen, and recently, even an imprinted card with my beloved cat's name, Brielle, stating that a donation was made from All Creatures Animal Hospital to a foundation for animal research! I also received a personal phone call from their beloved staff member, Brenda, over the loss of Brielle. Both Brenda and Dr. Gustavsen have known my Brielle from the first day that I brought her in, fifteen years ago! Brielle suffered a rough patch several years back, was on death's door, and because of Dr. Lynda and all involved, was able to happily live many years after with me and my family. I have not since taken on another pet, as I am still recovering from this long term loss, but I would not question bringing any new 'family' member home and having the touch, wisdom and heart of Dr. Gustavsen, along with the entire crew, lovingly applied to what would be a very blessed creature, indeed!

I love it here! The staff for the most part is very welcoming and friendly! I did get one vet tech that was sarcastic and rude though. But other than that the doctor was great! Gave my Guinea pigs very thorough exams and explained it all in detail where I could understand. And only did what she was necessary because she understood how hard it can be sometimes to afford the bill. So I would definitely recommend this place!

All Creatures Lake Zurich is a phenomenal veterinary hospital. All of our Labs through the years have been life-time patients, from puppy until it was time to say good bye. The team (Dr Jay Nordstrom) even saved one of our Labs life when he had flipped his stomach. Dr Jay performed emergency surgery right before closing. He could have easily told us to go to the emergency Vet hospital off Milwaukee Rd. We love All Creatures and highly recommend their Vet services.

We absolutely love All Creatures - the entire staff is so caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. And then there is Dr. Rogue. She is hands down the best vet I have ever encountered. She is caring, gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable, responsive, and just truly a special person. She has that way of always making you feel like you and your pet are her one and only priority. And I love that she is always trying to find you the best (and most economical!) solution. She has continued to see and counsel us through all stages of life with our two dogs and we could not recommend her or this practice more strongly.

Did not look into my cats bladder infection. I complained that I wanted to be proactive so the infection would not lead to her one kidney; however, they continued to be very unhelpful. In the end, the infection spread to my cats kidney. Had to take her to a kidney specialist to keep her from dying. Will never return to this establishment

I have always been treated very well at All Creatures. However there is one doctor that literally stands above the rest and goes above and beyond for me and my dog. Dr Cheryl Roge is one of the kindest, caring , helpful vets I've ever met. Have seen her for years and will never stop. Although All Creatures can be a bit more expensive than other veterinary offices, I'll never leave Dr Roge!

I've been incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism that we've experienced at All Creatures. We were referred by a friend, when we were in a bind with a sick dog on a holiday weekend, our other vet wouldn't see us until Wednesday and it was a Saturday. Called All Creatures and Tanya said "any friend of is a friend of ours, can you be here in 20 minutes?" . This was right after getting off the phone and our vet of 6 years had suggested we go to the emergency room. We knew it was an ear infection, but didn't expect Dr Todd to go the extra mile and suggest that several of Panda's recent health issues could be chalked up to allergies. A simple fix and within a week he was doing very well, no itching, no red ears. Since our first visit, we found a cancerous lump on his ear, a suspicious lump on his side, and a cracked tooth. Dr Jay did all his procedures at once to minimize cost to us, and Panda has healed amazingly well. The care these Drs give to animals, you would expect to receive as humans. You can tell they care about the animals and give us humans peace of mind, knowing that our furry kids are in good hands. Thank you so much! We are lifelong All Creatures clients now!

We have taken our cats and dogs to All Creatures for over fifteen years. The office staff is great! We have seen many wonderful vets there over the years. One memory that stands out for me is when one of our Jack Russell Terriers was very sick and fighting for his life. He needed a blood transfusion and Dr. Cheryl Roge volunteered to go and pick up plasma from another clinic on her day off. She was not the vet we had been working with, she just offered to help out of the kindness of her heart. After this act of kindness we started seeing Dr. Roge for our annual visits. She is amazing! She is so wonderful with the animals and has an excellent bed side manner. Our current Jack Russell was having some issues with her neck and digestive track with the help of Dr. Roge and our dog chiropractor, Lucy is doing much better she is back to playing and running at the dog park.

It just gives me peace of mind to know I'll get the best care for my furry friends. All Creatures staff are the best in the industry and I am so grateful for their honesty and compassion and that they place profits much further down the "Important Things" list.

In that time, I absolutely and always received the most professional and compassionate care from her and the entire staff. We absolutely love All Creatures - the entire staff is so caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. And then there is Dr. Rogue. She is hands down the best vet I have ever encountered. She is caring, gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable, responsive, and just truly a special person. She has that way of always making you feel like you and your pet are her one and only priority. And I love that she is always trying to find you the best (and most economical!) solution. She has continued to see and counsel us through all stages of life with our two dogs and we could not recommend her or this practice more strongly.

Did not look into my cats bladder infection. I complained that I wanted to be proactive so the infection would not lead to her one kidney; however, they continued to be very unhelpful. In the end, the infection spread to my cats kidney. Had to take her to a kidney specialist to keep her from dying. Will never return to this establishment

I have always been treated very well at All Creatures. However there is one doctor that literally stands above the rest and goes above and beyond for me and my dog. Dr Cheryl Roge is one of the kindest, caring , helpful vets I've ever met. Have seen her for years and will never stop. Although All Creatures can be a bit more expensive than other veterinary offices, I'll never leave Dr Roge!

I've been incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism that we've experienced at All Creatures. We were referred by a friend, when we were in a bind with a sick dog on a holiday weekend, our other vet wouldn't see us until Wednesday and it was a Saturday. Called All Creatures and Tanya said "any friend of is a friend of ours, can you be here in 20 minutes?" . This was right after getting off the phone and our vet of 6 years had suggested we go to the emergency room. We knew it was an ear infection, but didn't expect Dr Todd to go the extra mile and suggest that several of Panda's recent health issues could be chalked up to allergies. A simple fix and within a week he was doing very well, no itching, no red ears. Since our first visit, we found a cancerous lump on his ear, a suspicious lump on his side, and a cracked tooth. Dr Jay did all his procedures at once to minimize cost to us, and Panda has healed amazingly well. The care these Drs give to animals, you would expect to receive as humans. You can tell they care about the animals and give us humans peace of mind, knowing that our furry kids are in good hands. Thank you so much! We are lifelong All Creatures clients now!

We have taken our cats and dogs to All Creatures for over fifteen years. The office staff is great! We have seen many wonderful vets there over the years. One memory that stands out for me is when one of our Jack Russell Terriers was very sick and fighting for his life. He needed a blood transfusion and Dr. Cheryl Roge volunteered to go and pick up plasma from another clinic on her day off. She was not the vet we had been working with, she just offered to help out of the kindness of her heart. After this act of kindness we started seeing Dr. Roge for our annual visits. She is amazing! She is so wonderful with the animals and has an excellent bed side manner. Our current Jack Russell was having some issues with her neck and digestive track with the help of Dr. Roge and our dog chiropractor, Lucy is doing much better she is back to playing and running at the dog park.

I've moved quite a bit and tried other vets for care but keep making the drive back to All Creatures Animal Hospital. It just gives me peace of mind to know I'll get the best care for my furry friend...
I've moved quite a bit and tried other vets for care but keep making the drive back to All Creatures Animal Hospital. It just gives me peace of mind to know I'll get the best care for my furry friends. All Creatures staff are the best in the industry and I am so grateful for their honesty and compassion and that they place profits much further down the "Important Things" list.
