My perspective differs quite a bit compared to the previous reviews. This veterinarian (Dr. Harris) is the only vet that I will take my exotic birds to, since he truly specializes in their care. I have taken my birds (Congo African Greys and an Umbrella Cockatoo) to a couple of different exotic bird vets and I've been extremely dissatisfied with all of them, except for Dr. Harris. The vets at these other locations were either too incompetent to diagnose the bird with an ailment, or they were scared to death of the birds. Now if you advertise yourself as a bird vet, you should be prepared for all sizes and shapes of parrots, and Dr. Harris is one of those vets. He has seen my female Grey quite a few times due to her having issues with laying eggs. She is not a breeding parrot, so normally when she develops an egg, she needs medical assistance to pass it. They are all extremely caring towards your animals, as well as you, the pet owner. They also give courtesy calls after your visit to check on the health of your pet. The only downfall with this vet office is the very high price you'll pay to have your pet cared for here. I will agree with the other Yelpers that Dr. Harris' fees are extremely high. But in the case of my exotic birds, the cost is certainly worth it because I know they will receive great care. If you have just a general cat or dog and you are very price conscious, then you may want to check another vet. But if you have specialty and exotic animals, this is the place to take them. Read Less
