Dr. Difuccia is patient and kind to my mixed breed, Cooper, who is not a huge fan of going to the vet. I don't always like when vets take animals in the back for vaccines, etc, I understand reasoning behind it. When they came back, she told me exactly how they did, and notes that she put in his file for next time. That certainly eased my mind.The front desk is kind and helpful. The only reason I give this 4 out of 5 was because of the tech or assistant that guided us to the scale. She first noticed a dog had made a slight mess on the scale, so she took the mat off, fine. The plain metal scale with no mat did not go over well with Coop and I am all about force-free methods, but I felt like I was being rushed and like I should just throw him on the scale. Not a big deal, but it irked me a bit. I also felt like I was 'in the way' after leaving the exam room, running into someone I knew, chatted with them for a minute, and was somewhat rudely told that someone needed to get by me. That being said, that is the only experience I've had that's not been great. I'll definitely be returning! Read Less
