Took my 2-1/2 year old Siberian Husky in for grooming. My dog came home looking and smelling worse than when she went it. "Something" had to have happened while she was there. When I dropped her off in the morning, the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. When I picked her up 3-1/2 hours later, the staff wouldn't even make any sort of eye contact with me. We unfortunately had to put our baby girl down 2 weeks ago. Dr Amin & Kim were absolutely amazing. I've never had to do that on my own before & it was one of the hardest things I think I'll ever have to do but they tried to make her as comfy as possible. I was quoted a little over $100 for a 1-year shot I changed it to a 3-year shot for my dogs when I was there which is the same exact shot by the way except for paperwork which they didnt even do to register my dogs and they charged me over $300 for less than 10 minutes. My dogs which are friendly didnt like the doctor! I own a labradoodle and goldendoodle. Horrible experience! And now I still have to register dogs unbelievable! Read Less

He came 2 my house put my oldest dog 2 sleep very good caring dr!  Took my other dog there 4 a bad cough he took the time 2 show me & explain the xrays very good with my dogs, staff is friendly & also good with my dog! Doctor was supportive when we had to have our fur baby Chewy put down. She beat cancer to fall victim to a spinal cord injury that gave her a lot of pain, very difficult time for us, and her. He was very gentle with her and answered all of our questions, I feel truthfully. My fur baby Candy is not a fan of the doctor but he still has been professional in putting up with her attitude lol My other fur baby Buddy gets along fine with the doctor. We used to take our pets to Banfield in Elgin because we still had a contract. Our oldest dog Buddy developed bladder stones and an infection. They told us to get him to an emergency Vet for an overnight IV and surgery. (Only after they gave him the wrong prescription food earlier) called Dr. Amin he told me he didn't need surgery since he could still go pee. He just gave us the right food and medicine no visit charge. The man could've charged us so much and we would've never known the difference but he helped us instead and this was 15 minutes before he closed. We've been going there ever since and even board our pets. Great place. Read Less

I got my dog groomed yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the results.  The groomer cut my dogs fur exactly as I asked.  The dog looks great and everyone who saw him on the internet agreed.  He was returned to me with a necktie!  What a nice and unexpected special touch.  I should add that the price was very reasonable, even for a man on a fixed retirement income. I am very disappointed in your customer service. I'm new to the area and needing to find a vet for my two cats for their yearly shots. The first time we called in, the immediate thing said to my husband was 'can you hold for a second?' Was on hold for almost 10 minutes. He hung up and decided to call back later, someone picked up the phone and hung it back up as soon as it was picked up. There people are so friendly and accommodating.  Great customer service.  They go  over and beyond.  I came in from out of town and had an issue  with my dog. I called around to all kinds of vets in the area.  No one gave me the time of the day over the phone but this place not only gave me the time of day over the phone but helped me out and then let me come in without appointment and without  charging me to see my dog and took care of the issue.
