They did testing on my dog who was losing weight drastically. They showed me xrays and test results. He had a huge tumor in his belly. The staff were so compassionate and caring. I was amazed. After the process, we had him cremated and I could not get there to pick up his remains for awhile. I was out with back problems. They could not have been more kind and caring. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and the facility was spotless! Dr. Weidner was so good with our Goldendoodles. (One of which is not the easiest to handle) She spent time answering every question I had. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and that my boys were happy and comfortable. I am in search of a new vet for our dog Joy. The vet we are currently going to just doesn't seem to mesh with Joy's personality. Disappointed by the customer service I received during a phone call a few minutes ago and would not recommend Frost Family Pet Clinic to others. The person who answered the phone, Sue, lacked basic customer service skills and was rude. When I asked about the next available date for an appointment, she told me she wasn't sure, and they were booked "pretty far out." I asked her if they keep an appointment book that she could check. She sighed loudly and said, "Ugh. That's what I'm trying to do now." Finally, she said, we won't be able to help you and hung up. Everyone is very polite, knows how to work with any pet we have taken there, and they are all very good at what they do. My uncle asked me why I made him drive all the way across town today for my cat and I told him, "Because I know how well they work with pets and I know for sure that they know what they're doing".
