Beth was on time. Explained the procedure. Everything went as planned. The only suggestions I have is, maybe show a little more compassion and dont ask for payment in the middle of the procedure. Get the payment out of the way when you first get there. I know you don't know me or my pet but it just felt like a business transaction more than anything. Dr. Beth came to my home last week to guide my 18 yo best friend across the rainbow bridge. She was understanding, fast and efficient. Im so grateful that i didnt have to tote my little buddy anywhere, he was chronic FIV and probably would not have survived the trip. Instead, because of Dr. Beth, he got to pass on comfortably in his home surrounded by his people.it was my final gift to him and Dr. Beth made that possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. MAXWELL, my black lab of 13 years was my friend. I would not ask my friend ,my best friend to die in a cold strange place. He died in my arms in his forever home. If you are an animal lover then you know the pain that comes with that love. This was the first time I was able to have a pet euthanized at home and it was so mush less stressful for her, my other pets and myself it was truly amazing. It still hurt, it sill is hard and I still cried but we were all together in our home and didn't have to walk thru a waiting room of strangers staring at you with disregard. Dr. Beth's ability is sent from above she is special and I thank her and my vets at Mulford Animal Hospital for pointing me in her direction. Our beloved German Shepherd, Diva recently suffered kidney failure and was slipping away. We had Dr. Christensen and her assistant come to our home and euthanise her while she was comforted by those who loved her. It was very difficult and emotional but their support for us and compassion for Diva was very helpful. For anyone who may be losing a pet and have to make this difficult decision I would suggest that you do in the peace of your own home with your loved ones close.
