They denied end of life care to our dog over being short $130! After we begged and pleaded it with them that he was in pain and hadn't ate in 2 days! They said we'll have to reschedule it and that would have been Tuesday💔 So by then he wouldn't have eaten in 6 days! We've been a customer with them for 3 years too! The reason why we didn't have rest of money is because we had just spent almost 2,000 there in the last couple months trying to figure out what was wrong with him! It ended up being bone cancer ! This just really shocked me because they're supposed to have compassion! I'm glad they showed their true colors cuz I would never want anyone touching my pet that has these disgusting morals! Please don't misunderstand me I was not asking for a handout. I just wanted a little bit of Grace and compassion until Tuesday. I even asked them if we could have it electronically withheld. Both times she asked the vet they said absolutely not! This is a warning to other animal lovers! I don't want anybody to ever go through what we went through and feel what I felt that day: (Long story short they were excellent at the emergency vet! I guess God works in mysterious ways because it was $380 at animal medical clinic North where we go we're going to get it done at. We had just enough money to do it at the emergency vet and they were lovely 🐾🌈 Now our baby's out of pain 🌈

My dog was very sick took him to my regular vet they said he had the flu...he quit eating lost 12 pounds and in this 2 week period took him back to the regular vet I go to and again said he had the flu.. brought him here they found severe pancreatitis and saved my dogs life ... these guys are great ...all of them ...in each and every way... Thor and i thank you every day.. if i werent for you guys i wouldnt have my best friendanymore...LOVE amc north

Most caring vets & staff. We've taken our Labs there for 8 years now, having adopted 9 in the last 15 years, 4 of which have been blind. Five of our pack have passed, and the staff at Animal Medical North have been very compassionate during that difficult time.

Very caring and compassionate. Our old dog had just died and they helped us make arrangements to have her cremated. They even did a clay paw print for my daughter.

Horrible!!!
Because they couldn't find their paperwork on our cat we had just brought in 2 months before, they wouldn't give us any more tick treatments while I just pulled another tick off of our cat...

They denied end of life care to our dog over being short $130! After we begged and pleaded it with them that he was in pain and hadn't ate in 2 days! They said we'll have to reschedule it and that would have been Tuesday💔 So by then he wouldn't have eaten in 6 days! We've been a customer with them for 3 years too!
