My puppy Chevy was spayed at this office and it was truly the best experience I have ever had at a veterinarian office! I was a nervous wreck going into it and they really helped to ease my mind. Not only was I worried about the safety of my puppy (never had a puppy that needed to be spayed before) but I had her spayed through this wonderful program called Operation SAFE and I was worried she might be treated differently since the procedure was at a low cost to me since she is a pit bull. Not only was she not treated any differently but all of the staff from the reception area to the vet techs, to the vet were above and beyond the nicest people I have ever dealt with! Everybody was so kind, patient, and understanding. My Chevy girl is my baby and they all spoiled her and loved her when I couldn't be there for her. It really made me feel better knowing she was with such kind and caring people during this time that had to be so scary for her. I know Chevy was impressed with them too because when it was time to leave she wanted to stay with the vet tech! As a dog mom it's just nice to know there is a place like this that loves my pup as much as I do. This is definitely going to be my go to veterinary office from now on!
I would also like to add that I was in the office again today and not only did the very nice girl at reception recognize Chevy but she also remembered her name and was very happy to see her again! My puppy managed to get her incision open and I was worried. They were able to squeeze me in the same day (within a couple hours of calling) and they saw my puppy very promptly. The vet we saw was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thankfully Chevy didn't need stitches and they even gave us some donated medications which was extremely kind! Seriously you guys could not do better if you tried. Thank you for everything!

We we're looking for a new groomer and I saw an ad for Tender Care Animal Hospital that said they had groomers available. I sent a Facebook message and spoke with a great lady named Diane. I explained that our two girls are very leary of groomers because they had a terrible experience recently. She said they have great groomers, but she recommended Chelsey for out two. We have been twice. Once for just nails and the last one they both had a bath and "pawdicures". I can't sing Chelsea's praises enough. Both girls adore her and according to her, very calm and well behaved. I will continue to take my girls there as long as Chelsey is there!

The staff at Tender Care Animal Hospital emulate the words "Tender Care". My little buddy Sophie of 9 years died last Monday Jan 22nd. I had planned on going into Tender Care that morning to get some medicine for Sophie in hopes that we could at the very least make her comfortable since she had lymphoma and that it was incurable. Thought we would have for at least a couple more months. It appeared to me that her little heart just stopped while she slept. Never imagined I would ever be this heartbroken. The staff at Tender Care Animal Hospital took the time to send me a sympathy card signed by all the staff. That was such a kind display of compassion on their part and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you to all the staff at Tender Care in Morton.

Tender Care in Morton is no longer what it used to be. I recently took my dog for blood work and reported dog feces on the entrance rug and also alongside of the sidewalk to the receptionists . Eight hours later when I returned for my dog, the feces where still there at which time I inadvertently stepped on one of them when I returned. Over a week later I was forced to call the office since I hadn't heard from them on the outcome of the tests and after a few minutes being on hold, I was told that they had just received test results and that I will be hearing from the vet. How convenient! I was initially told that the test results where to take a day or two. This place is no longer what it used to be!!!

I am an employee at Morton Tender Care. it is an awesome place to work! what wonderful reviews to see and read. we definitely stand by the motto: warm hearts for cold noses. in my lifetime I have worked at a few animal places none of them has been as rewarding as here. I love each and every one of your fur babies! All of my coworkers are top notch! we back in the kennel strive to make sure that your pet's needs are all taken care of and that you can be rest assured they're in good hands in a safe, loving and clean environment . all of the vets and techs are exceptionally knowledgeable and caring! While leaving my Havanese at Tendercare to be boarded,I requested she be groomed. We returned two days early and she was not ready. Understandable. What I did not understand was that I requested her anal glands be expressed, and her nails clipped. I received the bill, and found I was charged 30.50 for a two procedures that probably took 10 minutes. I could even understand the excessive amount for the nails being clipped. I used to work for a groomer. I did anal glands many times a day. It is not a pleasant job, which is why I requested they do it . But it's not rocket science! It is always done while being groomed. It takes maybe one minute. i was told this was a job to be done by the vet tech. Seriously? It takes squeezing the butt hole for maybe 30 seconds to one minute. They charged me 15.00 to do this!! Never again! Trying to help out a small town vet business. Not again.

My puppy Chevy was spayed at this office and it was truly the best experience I have ever had at a veterinarian office! I was a nervous wreck going into it and they really helped to ease my mind. Not only was I worried about the safety of my puppy (never had a puppy that needed to be spayed before) but I had her spayed through this wonderful program called Operation SAFE and I was worried she might be treated differently since the procedure was at a low cost to me since she is a pit bull. Tender Care in Morton is no longer what it used to be. I recently took my dog for blood work and reported dog feces on the entrance rug and also alongside of the sidewalk to the receptionists . Eight hours later when I returned for my dog, the feces where still there at which time I inadvertently stepped on one of them when I returned. It takes maybe one minute. i was told this was a job to be done by the vet tech. Seriously? It takes squeezing the butt hole for maybe 30 seconds to one minute. They charged me 15.00 to do this!! Never again! Trying to help out a small town vet business. Not again.
