Dr . Ruffalo and the staff take excellent care of our cats. During emergencies, they have always found a way to accommodate us. And I know that my kitties have plenty of attention while they are away from us, which brings me great comfort. Top notch care.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Ruffolo for over 10 years. Our family is Italian so we call her "Dr. Cucciolo" which means puppy doctor :-) My wife has a show dog and I have a bird dog. "Dr. Cucciolo" is a wonderful vet who has made some good calls when addressing health conditions our our dogs-including a potentially serious eye condition to my bird dog Pebbles. The staff at Mt. Plaines is also great. Recently, I inquired about getting our show dog Topanga OFA'd. Within hours, they had researched its qualifications and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. We recommend "Dr. Cucciolo" to all our relatives and friends :-)

All the staff from woman answering phones to the docs , are awesome and go above and beyond satisfaction. They were oh so understanding and gentle with my very scared runt Doberman. I would absolutely recommend bringing your fury friends here . I can't think of any other place I would bring my kaycee. Fair priced and not forcefully trying to get you to do anything that isn't necessary. You can tell they actually look at you like a human being, not a $ sign, and they treat your pet with love

Every vet is great there besides Dr. Rempken. She Ignored all of our questions and missed diagnosing mange in our puppy after we asked her about it and suggesting it. Our puppy went back for shots and...
Every vet is great there besides Dr. Rempken. She Ignored all of our questions and missed diagnosing mange in our puppy after we asked her about it and suggesting it. Our puppy went back for shots and came back shaking and fearful of her. He had NEVER had that reaction towards any other vet there. I am disappointed in the care we received.

The vets here are so super nice! They really care about your pets. They do not push procedures at all. They are understanding in all ways. I have referred many people to this vet. Everyone feels the same way. I have 3 dogs, so we have more than the 1 visit a year due to ear infections, toe nail clippings or any thing else that pops up. They are the best!

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Ruffolo for over 10 years. Our family is Italian so we call her "Dr. Cucciolo" which means puppy doctor :-) My wife has a show dog and I have a bird dog. All the staff from woman answering phones to the docs , are awesome and go above and beyond satisfaction. They were oh so understanding and gentle with my very scared runt Doberman. I would absolutely recommend bringing your fury friends here . I can't think of any other place I would bring my kaycee. Our puppy went back for shots and came back shaking and fearful of her. He had NEVER had that reaction towards any other vet there. I am disappointed in the care we received.

Everyone feels the same way. I have 3 dogs, so we have more than the 1 visit a year due to ear infections, toe nail clippings or any thing else that pops up. They are the best!
