I have a difficult dog, quite nervous, they spend the time it takes for him to be calm, not just quick get them out the door like previous vets.

I’ve been coming to Randhurst Animal Hospital hospital for many years. It’s a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is friendly and professional and the doctors are excellent! I also must recommend Danielle the Groomer. She is truly an artist. I would not trust anyone else with my little doggie.

My wife and I have been taking our cat Camille here for two years now and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Camille is an older cat but the staff at Randhurst has done a phenomenal job taking care of her and making sure she stays healthy. They have always been gentle with her and listen to us when we have any concerns about her health and then try to figure out the best solution. They helped us through a test regimen to figure out the source of a sudden bald spot and then worked with us to get it fixed and Camille has been doing great ever since. We have primarily worked with Dr. Pollack but have seen Dr. Kumar on a few occasions and both have been excellent! I've already recommended this location to others in my life and am happy to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a quality vet.

I had quite the experience with the staff at Randhurst Animal Hospital yesterday! As my sweet, yet completely unruly German Shorthaired Pointer and I crossed the parking lot following our routine appt, he spotted a bunny near the parking lot. He took off with such a vengeance, that he ripped the clasp of his collar apart and off he went tearing after said bunny. Immediately I knew I was in trouble. My dog, as lovable and loyal as he is, values the freedom to run and hunt above all else. Long story short: I spent over 2 hours trying to get him to come to me and the staff was right there beside me. They all took their turns attempting to entice him to return with all sorts of things MOST dogs couldn't resist: treats, food, puppies, kittens (thank you to those other pet parents too). One staff member even brought some fries back from her lunch run! For those 2 hours they allowed me the run of the place, traipsing back and forth through the clinic, from front door to back door, trying everything we could think of to get him inside. The care and and concern in that place was palpable. I am so thankful to all of you, your love for our beloved furry friends went above and beyond yesterday. As for me and he who shall not be named, we somehow made it home in one piece. To obedience classes we go!

I have received excellent care from Dr. Danielle Pollack and her staff during my visits to Randhurst Animal Hospital. They discount the price of the round of puppy shots on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2 an 4, which is quite a savings. Dr. Pollack's support staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and are great with the puppies. They also have some of the most fair and reasonable prices around. I would highly recommend this animal hospital.

We love Randhurst Animal Hospital. Our bichon/chihuahua mix Charlie was recently attacked by a neighbors Pit bull and during the healing phase, Dr. Pollack were great. She really cared about his recovery and she made sure he was healing and feeling better. The technicians in the office are always so nice and are able to answer all our questions and concerns. They always have appointments in an emergency and they always follow up and call to ask how our fur baby is feeling. They also have vaccine clinic days so you can keep your animal up to date with vaccines and they are a lot cheaper than other places. We are very happy a friend referred us to Randhurst Animal Hospital when we got our new puppy last August. They have been wonderful.

I think this a nicest vet in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They call you and explain everything on the phone. We took dog and a cat here. It was nice that both pets were treated as family. They called and asked how animals are doing next day after surgeries. I am definitely recommend taking your pet here because i am definitely bringing mine back.
They even gave my cat a towel to cover him from rain when we forgot to bring carrier.

Have been going to Des Plaines Family Pet Clinic and seeing Dr. Kumar since they opened. All 3 of my dogs have been taken care of by them since they were babies. I would highly recommend them to any and everybody. They are like family and my dogs love them. Thank you Dr Kumar and staff (hugs and woof woof licks from Rjay, Ajay, Gizmo) and all the Risicato humans too!!

I had quite the experience with the staff at Randhurst Animal Hospital yesterday! As my sweet, yet completely unruly German Shorthaired Pointer and I crossed the parking lot following our routine appt, he spotted a bunny near the parking lot. I have received excellent care from Dr. Danielle Pollack and her staff during my visits to Randhurst Animal Hospital. I think this a nicest vet in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They call you and explain everything on the phone. We took dog and a cat here. It was nice that both pets were treated as family. They called and asked how animals are doing next day after surgeries.
