I am a first time pet owner and was recommended to this clinic ! We are Dr. Gill and I cannot express how impressed and happy I am with this facility. Dr. Gill and the staff are so gentle and great with Bandit and myself. I am a crazy new “pet mom” that comes in with a list of questions and I never feel rushed. Been coming here for years wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only are they great with dogs and cats but also ferrite and other furry and slithery friends. Plus they have A great groomer, shop, training, and you can even find your new best friend in there adoption center plus they do boarding as well. Read Less

The staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. I was very worried about leaving my fur baby overnight. They let me bring in his bed and blanket and homemade food so he was a lot more comfortable. Great experience considering my dog was very ill. Read Less

As one of my colleagues recommended Preiser Animal Hospital for my cat€s dental treatment, I checked Preiser Animal Hospital€s reviews through online, and then, decided to take my cat to that office. I took my cat€s all medical records including the most recent comprehensive blood test to meet Dr. Katharyn Kryda on 05/10/2017 (Wednesday) around at 9 am. While Dr. Kryda was examining my cat, my cat just has bloody stool uncontrollably. The Staff took a sample of my cat€s stool to send it to the lab, because of Dr. Kryda wanted to make sure whether my cat€s condition is okay to put her down under anesthesia for dental treatment. Dr. Kryda mentioned me my cat might be need to take some medicine depends on the result of the stool test, she tried to explain me what she was concerning but I only remember €....GI balance...blah blah blah€ Dr. Kryda told me she will call me in the afternoon on the same day with the result of the stool test. So, if necessary, I should stop by the office again to pick up the specific medicine. She also told me that she can provide a detail estimate via email if I set up the appointment for dental treatment, so, I did set up the appointment immediately before I left the office. I was look for an earliest date for my cat, but the receptionist booked me for 05/30/2017 which is 20 days later with Dr. Franky (?). Whatever, I waited for Dr. Kryda€s or any staff€s phone calls with the result on that date, but nobody called or email me. I thought they were very busy on that date, so, I emailed them the next day (Thursday), but still no response until this morning on Friday. I called and left a message to Ms. Katie (?) but still didn€t receive any returning call. Therefore, I visited the office at noon to find out why nobody contacts to update me with the result of my cat€s stool test & the estimate for dental treatment. There were two receptionists - according to their reaction to me, they were not professionals - at the front desk. One is young lady with gold hair and other lady was older, I am not sure but I think this older lady€s name is Katie. Whatever, the older lady went to the back office, and came back to me with an answer, €The test is Negative€. I felt so bad with the way she talk to me, it was not nice voice tone, even she didn€t try to hide her bad feeling on her face at me. She seems to me that she is already annoyed at me. I tried be patience one more time with her and asked €What about the estimate?€ She started to prepare the estimate through the monitor with a paper of price list at that moment! She said the estimate has not been prepared by the staff (?) yet because they had an emergency matter yesterday (Thursday). So, I mentioned her that I was on Wednesday and I supposed to be contacted on that date. Then, she said that normally doctor doesn€t call to the patient if the test result comes out €Negative€! - Anyone has heard about this kind of reason why the patient was not contacted from doctor€s office? - I asked her for my cat€s record and cancelled the next appointment because I can€t trust their work (treatment) anymore for my cat. She went back to the back office and came back with a sheet of paper (my cat€s record), and said €Here you go-!€ If she tried to kick out Asian clients from that hospital on behalf of someone (owner or doctor), I bet she did really, really a good job! I never seen or treated that way from any other doctor€s office! - One of waiting clients looked all the old staff€s manner and suggested me (in front of the staff) to contact the owner, Dr. Kristine direct.- The staff (old lady) attitude to the client was terrible and I believe she never trained or educated well. I believe the staff at the front desk is the face of the business and the Preiser Animal Hospital doesn€t have a standard to hire their employees. Read Less

Unfortunately, although we have been coming here for many years our last experience with our puppy was horrible. I felt like the vet was upselling us the minute we walked through the door. We brought our puppy in to be spayed but they wanted to give additional shots, pulling of teeth and blood work all which were not required for the procedure. Additionally the vet never called as a follow up to see how our pup was doing. The service unfortunately is no where near it was when we first starting coming here. A word of caution. Read Less

These Doctors and their staff deliver excellent TLC for my dogs and treat them as they were their own. It was a year since Dr. Preiser had seen Cosmo my pug and greeted him by name in the lobby. Now thats professionalism and treating us like friends and family, just like her Dad did. Read Less

I adopted my dog from Heartland next door, and took advantage of the free follow up check offered by Preiser. They had previously examined and been treating the dog during his four month stay in the shelter. Aside from having to sit in their waiting room with increasingly nervous dog for two hours before they got to me, I was pleased with their friendly, professional staff, even though the follow up exam was pretty cursory.At the time, they were more than eager to sell me routine medications like Heartgard, but I declined since I had some left from my previous dog. When I got home, I discovered I had fewer Heartgard tablets than I thought, so I decided to order more on line through Petango, another supporter of Heartland. Preiser refused to give them the prescription, even though Preiser had examined the dog for heart worm and he had been getting the medication at Heartland. Are they being vindictive because I didn't buy the meds from them? Or just unprofessional? I don't know, but I guess I'll have to pay for another (unnecessary) exam, not a cheery thought for a senior living off social security. Read Less

Preiser Animal Hospital is the best Animal Hospital around. My two dogs receive excellent care whenever I bring them to Preiser and the staff treats them so well. I really believe my dogs get better care at the vet than I receive from my own doctor! I have used Preiser Animal Hospital on multiple occasions and most recently my two dogs needed a checkup. The staff, as always, was very friendly and took time to give my dogs some love instead of just jumping into the exams which I appreciated. I love the staff at Preiser Animal Hospital. When my puppy became sick with Parvo they were real helpful. They nursed my puppy back to good health. When I got her back she was a brand new puppy like she was never sick. The staff and doctors there are very reasonable and understanding. I have been taking my puppy there ever since.
