I'm not one to give bad reviews but this experience I still think about til this day! In may 2013 we put down my sweet little old lady. I was 8 months pregnant and very emotional!! I was furious when I walked out of there. They injected her and came back with her, we laid her on her blanket and I was rubbing her head balling my eyes out as she started to go! As soon as her body was lifeless, he starts poking her eyes basically explaining she was blind. This dog has been with me for 11 years, a little compassion would've been nice! We obviously knew she was blind at that point we just wanted for her to be free and no longer suffer. If her eyes were not poked around, I would be okay with this office and give a 3 maybe just because it seems like the vet did not really care at all.

Extremely bad service used to take my dog to the Oak Park location all the time.
Took my dog to the Bolingbrook location a few months ago because he had blood in his stool.
Same doctor at both locat...
Extremely bad service used to take my dog to the Oak Park location all the time.
Took my dog to the Bolingbrook location a few months ago because he had blood in his stool.
Same doctor at both locations btw.
The Doctor pumped my dog with I don't know what and since then my dog has had exploding diahrea and is beginnung to throw up more and more with the same blood in his stool.
I wanted to take him back but he charged me $250 the first visit.
A week later he tells me to call him back and see how he is doing.
I tell him he has exploding diahrea and still has blood. He tells me okay bring him back, treats my dog and then charges me another $100 I wasn't even aware I was going to be charged to begin with.
It's been a few months now, my dog is only getting worse, called him today to let him know what is going on, and he tells me he can't help me unless I have money.
Never going back to either location.

Brought our kitten Oreo 3 weeks ago to Dr. Agustin for declaw. I don't know about the bad reviews but I've had nothing but good visits. I've been going to Dr. Agustin on and off for about 10 years, and I always come back. Kudos to Jazmin, she is a very compassionate and sweet lady. Thank you for doing a great job on Oreo & taking good care of him!

Horrible service! It was my first time there and I should've ran out as soon as I had a bad feeling. The first thing I witnessed as I walked in is a lady about to walk out when she noticed that she was given a wrong cat. I was there for my dog to get her teeth cleaned. They extracted teeth without asking me first & then tried to charge me. My dog went under anesthesia and had eat earlier that day. I was never asked if she had eaten, I later found out that dogs are supposed to fast like 12hrs before otherwise it can be me dangerous. ugh!!! It was HORRIFIC! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Prices are affordable to make up for the horrible service depending if the older Dr is in. Took my dogs in to my female dog he said she had a skin condition and when I asked to get her fixed he said she already was. Since i adopted her from someone i believe it. She wasn't. Went back to talk to him he made up lame excuses an when i asked about the dogs skin condition he said the dog was ok he didn't remember what he had told me and he was presuring me to take back the dog for a teeth clean up.Went back to take my other two dogs and they gave somebody elses invoice paper. Never going there again.

Horrible! Please do your research first before bringing your pets here. This older Dr only cares to take your money. He didn't even take a look at my dog! I dealt with his assistant who told me they needed to do x-rays and blood work for X amount of money. That's it. I walked out as soon as I overheard the Dr tell his assistant to "let us go" when asking if there were other options.

I took in my doggy coco in because she had Pyometra, and veterinary Cesar took very well of her. I recommend this place to my friends, but i am very satisfied that coco recovered well.

I absolutely love Dr. Agustin and his helpful team at Aamerican Veterinary Hospital. Compared to prices from other hospitals, their prices are very affordable! Dr. Agustin is also very experienced and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very comfortable.
The receptionists were also very helpful and cleared up any last minute questions I had.
I'll definitely be taking all of my pets there!

when you walk in you want to walke out .lol but they know what there are doing and care about your pet .your pet is not just Money to them .My dog lost her puppys and i must say they did a better job , then the vet i want to see and they didnt know what to tell me .and just to look at chloe wow i was broke.But ,This vet on Rooseveit even gave me time to think about what to do .and gave me plane A ,B,C and D . to see what was best for my baby .and i wished i had come here in the 1st place.and chloe came out happy and i have to go back but i know i will not be broke at the end . thank you very much chloe's mommy. I had a number of reservations about this place from the stop order posted by the code inspector to the disorganization of the place. However after having nearly the same experience with this place as a recent boarding location I have to now say avoid this place. They have lost my records twice, get confused on when the next follow-up, give inconsistent advice and even worse... have yet to solve either of the two problems I've gone to them for! If you do go here, make sure it is for routine basic stuff.

I'm not one to give bad reviews but this experience I still think about til this day! In may 2013 we put down my sweet little old lady. I was 8 months pregnant and very emotional!! I was furious when I walked out of there. They injected her and came back with her, we laid her on her blanket and I was rubbing her head balling my eyes out as she started to go! Extremely bad service used to take my dog to the Oak Park location all the time.
Took my dog to the Bolingbrook location a few months ago because he had blood in his stool.

The Doctor pumped my dog with I don't know what and since then my dog has had exploding diahrea and is beginnung to throw up more and more with the same blood in his stool.
I wanted to take him back but he charged me $250 the first visit.

Horrible service! It was my first time there and I should've ran out as soon as I had a bad feeling. Prices are affordable to make up for the horrible service depending if the older Dr is in. I absolutely love Dr. Agustin and his helpful team at Aamerican Veterinary Hospital. Compared to prices from other hospitals, their prices are very affordable! Dr. Agustin is also very experienced and helpful. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling very comfortable.

I had a number of reservations about this place from the stop order posted by the code inspector to the disorganization of the place.
