Horrible place !!!!!! My first time coming to them my pit has Parvo . So I go there and get denyed because I didn’t have 500$ up front for 24 service for her I had 200 $ so he turned me away . I get my dad to help me with the payment because I looked everywhere else and only 1 other place would take her but I heard so many good things about orangeville I thought t was a perfect place for her . But I was so wrong . He gave us a full refund but I got a call from the female vet at 720 got told when she got there babygirl had stepped on her iv and ripped it out and she got there around 640 and that she going to put a new iv line in after she took her potty mind you it was 8 when we got there so for hour and half she didn’t have fluids getting into her . So we got a ride and brought her food Nd rubber tire up to see her I ask to see her got told I can’t touch or go in to see her but have to look through a window to see her . So I asked why she didn’t have a iv in and why she is laying a cement floor without a towel or blanket to lay on she didn’t have water bowl in there nothing . I got told from the female vet that she didn’t want to eat still mind you she hasn’t eaten in 3 days so I asked if I could bring her food in and see if she will eat from me got told yea by the female vet but I get there and can’t even get close to her . Because the male vet had a broom up his ass!!! . I told him I didn’t like that she not getting the treatment she needs told him what I felt like she needed and how I wanted her treated and he told me to take my dog and get out and good luck getting another vet taking your case . As I was getting the information from the front desk about everything they had given her as I look on the logs there was nothing that said she was fed or that they even tried to feed her . As the male vet hands me my refund he congratulated me on being the 1st person he has kicked out and banned in 27 years . .I didn’t act out of body I had a very angry stern voice with him and told him what I felt like he should be doing for her because I felt like he wasn’t giving her the care that was promised.. I will not take my animals anywhere else. When my dog had troubles with his neck and back, they helped him to be able to lift his head again- when he later had to go through kidney failure, they helped to manage and treat him. Even at the very end they were very helpful and compassionate, providing me with information and options. My cat is now having her own health concerns and there is no other group of people I would trust more. Very thankful for all of their help and patience with my many questions and concerns. Read Less

Just got screamed at by Dr Osadjan for complaining about NOT being informed of a bill over 200.00 Said "UNDERSTAND!! I EXPECT THE BILL TO BE PAID" after I told him I was told I would be informed of any new quote. WAS QUOTED 50.00 Read Less

When our cat got sick, we took her there after hours. The Dr was very good about keeping us updated on her condition. Ultimately she was too sick and we had to euthanize her. They were very respectful and helped us through the process. Read Less

We took our 5 month old healthy puppy in to get spayed. 2 hours after dropping her off she was dead! Vet used three types of anesthesia on her. We had to pick her up off the floor in a garbage bag. No apology, no compassion. Stay away if you love your pets. Read Less

I rarely ever rate anything 5 stars but this place is beyond the best. They give in so much love into what they do. They show endless care, affection, and real concern into the animals and their troubles. I can't emphasize enough how much it meant to me that the staff generally cares about your pet and not about the weight of your pockets. They've made a loyal customer of me. :) Read Less

My 7 month old cat had a surgical procedure done at Orangeville vet last week.  We are VERY unsatisfied with the care she recieved.  I dropped her off on a Thursday at 7 a.m. and picked her up on Friday afternoon.  I got there and said I was there to pick up my cat.  The vet tech says," oh, yes that cat. You can go back and get it because it is not a nice cat and I won't touch it."  As we approached the cage (the cat couldn't see me) I was expecting the cat to be jumping towards the lady to attack her because she said the cat was so aweful. She said the cat was ok for the first hour she was there and after that she got mean.  The lady opened the cage and my cat just laid there.  I was so upset to see the cage full of vomit, food and water dishes empty, and very little  litter in the litter box. I asked about her vomiting the lady told me it was from not eating anything for the last 24 hours.  I said the dishes are empty tho.  She said she wasn't going to open the cage to feed her. I suggested maybe my cat was upset with the other cats around because she has not been around other cats since she was 6 weeks old. The ladies response was, these cats won't hurt her.  That's not the point....my cat doesn't know that the other cats won't hurt her.  If my cat was that mean and unable to handle they should have called me to get her early so she didn't have to be so upset for so long. Especially if they weren't going to take proper care of her anyways  There were no blankets or toys to keep her occupied or compfortable.  She laid on a metal cage bottom.  My last complaint is that they still have not called to check up on my animal to make sure she is doing ok since surgery or to make sure I don't have any worries or concerns since they don't send any papers or information for after the procedure.    I suggest people beware of who is taking care of your pets.  They can't speak to you and tell you how they are treated, but I saw first hand how my cat was treated.  We come gone here before with other pets and didn't think the care was this bad, but after this situation we will never go there again. I always gave their name out for people looking for a good vet, but now I will tell others to beware. Read Less

Recently my beloved cat Mario was fatally ill and we had to make the heart wrenching choice of having to put him down. The respect and understanding the doctors had was just amazing! The beautiful way that they handled my cats cremation definitely helped with closure and will give us something to remember him by always. Thank you so much for making a difficult circumstance a little easier. When I first started with this vet he was great with my animals We live on. a farm. and have lots a diffrent animals We have always played are bills but now they treat me like a new person and don't know my animals I'm going to get 're established with a different vet that knows me and my animals Read Less

For never having been here before, they got us in immediately when we called about an emergency with our dog when he got us up early this morning and couldn't use his back legs. They were wonderful with us and him and after only about an hour we had an answer. He's already on the road to recovery having walked a few feet a little while ago.
