Really luv this crew of Doc's. Since the 1st time I ever called, Becky had to listen to me crying about my horse cutting her shoulder open. She got here as fast as she could to Port Byron. She stiched my mare up losing count after 44 stitches. Til this day you can barely see where it was. This place will be my forever caretakers to all our 4 legged furry ones. I would not take any of my animals anywhere else - the most passionate caring persons I know work at this location. My Daisy was so sick and they had to do so much to her every week for two months and yet all you had to do was ask her if she wanted to go see the girls and she was waiting at the door of the car. She absolutely loved going there which in turn made my taking her there so much easier for me. Would recommend them to anyone who has a pet that is their everything!! Read Less

My 5 lb, 14 month old Yorkie was hit by a car and Al.out dead. I called Orion and was in tears begging them to see her. This was a Tuesday morning and my husband didn't get paid until Friday. Because my husband's EX wife's GRANDMOTHER had a bill Dr Stacia said they were not a free clinic and refused treatment for my Ivy. Ivy died by drowning in her own blood. Way to go. Dr Becky was always good and kind in my past visits. But I will NEVER go there again to even buy preventative medicine. I bet this will be removed. But plan on posting a letter in my local paper. The vets & staff are exceptional! We only recently started seeing them after not getting calls back from our previous vet & moving. We had to put down our Teddy dog after 11 years & were heart broken on making the decision. The staff & vet were so comforting & empathetic to us...We couldn't ask for more caring people. We had Teddy privately cremated & got his paw print. Everything was so well done...& very comforting. Then the office sent us a very nice card that everyone signed with their condolences. These guys are the best! They were wonderful with this worried overprotective dog mom! They took the time to explain everything in detail to help put me at ease, and they took such great care of our boy Mater when he had his teeth cleaned/pulled!
