Here is my story, please take your time to read it and then decide if you want to bring your pet here. We adopted a very sick dog, German Shepherd. She had a lot of digestive issues, it took us almost 4 months to just figure out her diet. Getting her back on track was an expensive challenge. All the tests, visits, medications etc. But we did it!
About month ago we noticed that her tooth is cracked. Made a trip to the vet to confirm our concerns. Her premolar root canal was open and she needed a dental care. It wasn't inflamed, not a sign of infection, at all. Here is Dr Warcholek prescribing $150 worth "worthless" medications (antibiotic, pain meds), that made our dog sick. Knowing that she had so many digestive issues he was not suppose to give it to her as I later found out with another vet. This medication was way to strong for her. On the top of everything the office or the Dr would not return my call for 2 days after I reported that our dog is sick, vomiting, having diarrhea. Reasonable, honest person would offer 2, 3 doses worth $20 to see how she'll react to it, right? Another thing, they sell vitamins, supplements, food with such a high margin. I understand 20% to 30%max. But over 100%? That is not an honest business. In my opinion it's one of these places where money takes over the good care. The only positive thing is the front desk staff! Keep up the good work girls! Read Less
