I have taken my pets to Lange Animal Clinic for years. In fact it goes back to the 1960's. When Dr. Lange retired and Dr. O'Rourke took over I remained with him. I have never had a bad experience. I find all of the staff to be compassionate, caring, and provide very lovingly care for all of God's little creatures that we love so much. Their expertise takes into consideration possible upcoming problems as your loved one ages and tries to prevent or slow the process by explaining clearly what you can or cannot do about the condition. I have the utmost respect and confidence in all of the Drs. and staff there. Thank you for all the care have given us.

We began using Lange Animal Clinic the same year that Cecil Lange opened it. We have since moved to TN, so no longer use the facility - but we both will never forget the excellent care we received from Cecil and his people. He was kind, compassionate, and very open and sharing with his extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine. I will never forget calling him out when my horse was so severely injured as we were loading her to move her to TN. The huge gaping wound in her chest, the blood pouring out, was almost more than I could stand. As I stood there with tears running down my cheeks, Cecil put his arm around me and said "Terry, I have seen much worse wounds than this heal completely. Honestly, I believe she is going to be fine!" And she WAS!!! We moved her to TN in 1980, and she lived into her 30's before she died here of old age. We both miss him!!!

My cat, Boots, was a patient at Lange Animal Clinic since we brought him home in 2008. Sadly we had to say goodbye to him last week after a longstanding history of kidney problems. The staff at Lange was patient and kind when I had to make the difficult decision. I received a card today from the Arbor Day Foundation that Lange made a donation to them in his memory. A tree will be planted and registered in the Chippewa National Forrest for him. How awesome is that? Great Customer Service!

I've taken both my pets to Lange and they treat me like a friend every time we walk in the door. I've always received the best service possible and they have made many accommodations for my pets and I. Be it using an alternative door so my pet wouldn't be upset by the other animals in the waiting room, to having my pet fall Ill to cancer and they helped her pass away at peace and, then were so patient with us on payment. We now bring our new pet to them and still leave feeling like we got optimal care. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family. We all love Lange!

I don't normally post negative things, but this is unacceptable. After watching our 19 year old cat slowly deteriorate for the last month, she sadly passed last night. Chad (best husband ever took her to the vet to have the body disposed of cuz I was a blubbering idiot). Lange Animal Clinic takes her back, checks to her and says there was no heart beat and that yes she died sometime during the night. Chad pays the $18 to dispose of her and heads to work. Not 20 min later they call me (still a blubbering idiot) and say "our mistake, she did have a very shallow heartbeat, so we will take care of it and send you the bill in the mail" Seriously, they called to tell me I'm being billed for their mistake. We already paid $18, they couldn't just let it go at that. I will NEVER go back to Lange Animal Clinic!

We have taken all three of our Beagle to Lange Animal Clinic. The care there is awesome, always able to get us in quick and the all the staff and Dr's are caring and compassionate. They very thorough with the examinations and explain everything clearly. The always follow up with a call for the more serious issues and treat your pets like they are their own. I highly recommend them for all your pet care needs.

Called the vet @ 10am, had an appointment that same day @ 1pm. I do not usually need to get into the vet so quickly but in this instance I did. Lange Animal CLinic has taken care of my little pet family since the day I brought them home. Always professional, never have to wait long for an appointment, expert care and they are compassionate to me and my pets! I never feel hurried and my questions are always welcomed. Lange Animal Clinic has been taking care of my animals since my husband & I got our first little kitty together. Unfortunatly he was not very healthy. The staff at Lange fought to keep him healthy for me for nine years. They did everything they could for him & when the time come to say good bye to my beloved pet, they did everything possible to be a comfort to me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals now.

As I stood there with tears running down my cheeks, Cecil put his arm around me and said "Terry, I have seen much worse wounds than this heal completely. Honestly, I believe she is going to be fine!" And she WAS!!! We moved her to TN in 1980, and she lived into her 30's before she died here of old age. We both miss him!!!

My cat, Boots, was a patient at Lange Animal Clinic since we brought him home in 2008. Sadly we had to say goodbye to him last week after a longstanding history of kidney problems. The staff at Lange was patient and kind when I had to make the difficult decision. I received a card today from the Arbor Day Foundation that Lange made a donation to them in his memory. A tree will be planted and registered in the Chippewa National Forrest for him. How awesome is that? Great Customer Service!

I've taken both my pets to Lange and they treat me like a friend every time we walk in the door. I've always received the best service possible and they have made many accommodations for my pets and I. Be it using an alternative door so my pet wouldn't be upset by the other animals in the waiting room, to having my pet fall Ill to cancer and they helped her pass away at peace and, then were so patient with us on payment. We now bring our new pet to them and still leave feeling like we got optimal care. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family. We all love Lange!

I don't normally post negative things, but this is unacceptable. After watching our 19 year old cat slowly deteriorate for the last month, she sadly passed last night. Chad (best husband ever took her to the vet to have the body disposed of cuz I was a blubbering idiot). Lange Animal Clinic takes her back, checks to her and says there was no heart beat and that yes she died sometime during the night. Chad pays the $18 to dispose of her and heads to work. Not 20 min later they call me (still a blubbering idiot) and say "our mistake, she did have a very shallow heartbeat, so we will take care of it and send you the bill in the mail" Seriously, they called to tell me I'm being billed for their mistake. We already paid $18, they couldn't just let it go at that. I will NEVER go back to Lange Animal Clinic!

We have taken all three of our Beagle to Lange Animal Clinic. The care there is awesome, always able to get us in quick and the all the staff and Dr's are caring and compassionate. They very thorough with the examinations and explain everything clearly. The always follow up with a call for the more serious issues and treat your pets like they are their own. I highly recommend them for all your pet care needs.

Called the vet @ 10am, had an appointment that same day @ 1pm. I do not usually need to get into the vet so quickly but in this instance I did. Lange Animal CLinic has taken care of my little pet family since the day I brought them home. Always professional, never have to wait long for an appointment, expert care and they are compassionate to me and my pets! I never feel hurried and my questions are always welcomed. They are the best!

I can't tell how much I love Langes. Not enough words. From Dr. Lange, to all the girls at the place, now. I love they way they make my animals feel "special". Not surprised.lol. I started bringing Snowy, Killer Diller, Motley, Cruella Daville. Chewbacca, Yoda, Vader, Kato, Luke, Leia, Sugar, and Lando. I hope I didn't forget anyone. Lange Animal Clinic has been taking care of my animals since my husband & I got our first little kitty together. Unfortunatly he was not very healthy. The staff at Lange fought to keep him healthy for me for nine years. They did everything they could for him & when the time come to say good bye to my beloved pet, they did everything possible to be a comfort to me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals now.
