I came here for a checkup for our newly adopted Siberian kitten. Dr. Verma and Sandy were very friendly and professional. Dr. Verma checked our kitten and took the time to explain everything to me, we are new cat owners, so we don’t know much. I asked several questions, and he answered all of them. I did not feel that he was rushing to get done with our appointment at any point, he explained all the different tests/vaccines that can/must be performed and did not push for any optional tests, I liked that. Another thing I valued that this practice is small practice, it is not big commercial operations. The cost of care here is really good, and you get one to one interaction with the Vet. Coming back soon for our kitten 16th week vaccines.

We had to make an appointment to have our old dog put down. Dr. Verma came over to our home to give us a professional opinion on our dog's health and helped us to put him down to relieve his pain. Dr. Verma genuinely cares for animals and he makes time to go over options.

Dr. Verma and Sandy are amazing, wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I have been a client for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Verma diagnosed and is treating my one cat for EPI (saved his life), then later diagnosed him as being diabetic and treating for that as well. Very caring staff, know their clients and patients and provide personalized service. Thank you both!!

I have 2 golden retrievers that are 9.5 years old. Getting in and out of my SUV had become difficult for them. I purchased pet ramp for them. On a trip to the groomers my one Golden decided to jump out when we arrived while I got her sister out of the car. After she was groomed and we got home she wouldn't walk. She would only crawl. My heart was breaking as I couldn't lift her back in the car to take to the vet. I called Gentle Care and Sandy and Dr Verma came to my rescue. He made a house call. Who does that anymore? He examined my furry baby very thoroughly. He provided her an injection and prescribed medication for arthritis. Today she is getting up on her own and walking! Thank you Dr Verma. I am sure it wasn't how you had planned to spend your early Saturday evening. You're Layla's hero!

They take good care of my pets needs and when she had an issue, they clearly explained the problem and showed us the steps to take to help her along. Will not go anywhere else.

Very much a small town feel so go here if you like that. Also got the feeling he was trying to talk me into procedures that are more elective which I'm not interested in. Also was on the expensive side vs other clinics I've been to. He was nice and the receptionist was nice.

I brought my cat into Gentle Care after reading the reviews. Dr. Verma is outstanding! Sandy was also very helpful and caring! I use a couple different vets for various reasons and will continue bringing my cats in for future needs to Gentle Care as her tooth extraction and urinalysis were reasonably priced and perfectly executed! Trust this small and personal vet! 1 doctor and one assistant/vet tech. Extraction was done by Dr. Verma. Both Sandy and Dr. Verma are highly accommodating.

I came here for a checkup for our newly adopted Siberian kitten. Dr. Verma and Sandy were very friendly and professional. Dr. Verma checked our kitten and took the time to explain everything to me, we are new cat owners, so we don’t know much. I asked several questions, and he answered all of them. I did not feel that he was rushing to get done with our appointment at any point, he explained all the different tests/vaccines that can/must be performed and did not push for any optional tests, I liked that. Another thing I valued that this practice is small practice, it is not big commercial operations. The cost of care here is really good, and you get one to one interaction with the Vet. Coming back soon for our kitten 16th week vaccines.

I have 2 golden retrievers that are 9.5 years old. Getting in and out of my SUV had become difficult for them. I purchased pet ramp for them. On a trip to the groomers my one Golden decided to jump out when we arrived while I got her sister out of the car. After she was groomed and we got home she wouldn't walk. She would only crawl. Very much a small town feel so go here if you like that. Also got the feeling he was trying to talk me into procedures that are more elective which I'm not interested in. I use a couple different vets for various reasons and will continue bringing my cats in for future needs to Gentle Care as her tooth extraction and urinalysis were reasonably priced and perfectly executed!
