Dr Allen is amazing! I finally found a Vet that understands me and listens to my not so main stream pet care methods and how to approach and handle my sensitive fearful of touch Border Collie. He has the best people and animal skills of any Vet I've taken my girl to. He really communicates with his clients. He understands and can read dogs.

I brought my fur baby Angel (cat) to see Dr. Jeff for his annual rabies and feline shots. Rhonda & Cindy were so helpful. Dr. Jeff showed me a back tooth that was infected. (getting a cat's mouth open is not easy!) they got Angel in the following week to get his teeth cleaned and get that bad tooth pulled. You can see the whole staff are such animal lovers. They took great care of my cat. When I picked angel up that afternoon I had several questions and they answered all of them. I asked a couple questions twice about the medicine and patiently they repeated it. The pricing was reasonable and fair for what all they had to do. The office is up to date and extremely clean! I highly recommend them.

Took both my dogs there. They tested one for Provo and it came back positive so they wouldn't test the other! The vet was very rude and didn't care about anything! But vet tech was very nice! Took bot...
Took both my dogs there. They tested one for Provo and it came back positive so they wouldn't test the other! The vet was very rude and didn't care about anything! But vet tech was very nice! Took both to the vets at Hawthorne in Glen Carbon and they were able to help me! We will never go back to this place!

Took my dog and cat up there and the lady at the desk was nice as well as the techs. It was the vet who was terribly rude. He had a cocky attitude the whole time, didn't tell us what they were doing or why they were doing it, giving my animals medicine thinking we were going to be paying for it either way, then tried to make us pay for everything in the book that we "had" to have. I took my animals to another vet afterwards and even she said there was no reason that my dog and cat needed some of the stuff they were trying to get me to buy. Never again will I go there!

I would never recommend that anyone take their animals to this vet clinic. I went with my mom and her pup on 4/25/15 for a nail trim and when we left I vowed to NEVER let my mom take her dog back there. The receptionist is THE snottiest woman on the planet. I tried to get over her because the tech was nice and polite but then I met the vet. I wished him a good morning and introduced myself to him and I got no response. He did not speak directly to me or my mother the whole 10 minutes we were in there. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE.

I brought my fur baby Angel (cat) to see Dr. Jeff for his annual rabies and feline shots. Rhonda & Cindy were so helpful. Dr. Jeff showed me a back tooth that was infected.
