This place is horrible. Will take you money and not do anything you pay for. Run!!!!!! Belvidere is a better clinic.

Dr.Naqvi he loves your pets about as much as you do. We've been going there five years. We brought an older dog in a few January's ago. We made a decision it was his time. But Doc had an idea to ease his pain, it worked. We were blessed with six more months. This year our Lab-pit was on deaths door. Doc, his staff, and Kitty's family, we worked hard to save her. Doc would call us for updates tell us come in weigh her and he would make sure he saw her. We all thought we would loose her. Kitty is doing really well. He cares, he takes that extra step. He gives you options and makes sure you understand. Thank you Dr NAQVI and staff.

Initially we loved this clinic for our 4 dogs and 3 cats. After a lot of staff turnover, the office became less friendly. After boarding our dogs with them a number of times, we found out we were lie...
Initially we loved this clinic for our 4 dogs and 3 cats. After a lot of staff turnover, the office became less friendly. After boarding our dogs with them a number of times, we found out we were lied to when we were told they would be allowed to share an area together. While I understand this is the policy for the safety of the staff and the animals (to keep the dogs separate - we were never told about this policy, we found out after-the-fact) there was no reason to lie to ...my husband and me (we were lied to on numerous occasions about this). In addition, our puppy was never given a heartworm test. The rabies shot the puppy received did not result in getting a valid county tag for him. Our new vet office commented on how poorly things were documented with the dog’s records. All of this said, April, the groomer, is great and our pups miss her very much. See More

Yesterday my parents had to put our dog down and they wanted me to write a review for them. They said the doctor was such a class act during such a hard time. He waited until they were ready and had such a compassion. He was such a nice guy and made the situation a little bit easier by showing them he cared. But even before this he was such a great doctor to brownie. He was able to help her when other doctors failed. Its hard to find good and caring doctors now a days and we 100% recommend him. Thank you for everything you did for my parents.

Dr.Naqvi he loves your pets about as much as you do. We've been going there five years. We brought an older dog in a few January's ago. We made a decision it was his time. But Doc had an idea to ease his pain, it worked. We were blessed with six more months. This year our Lab-pit was on deaths door. Doc, his staff, and Kitty's family, we worked hard to save her. Yesterday my parents had to put our dog down and they wanted me to write a review for them. They said the doctor was such a class act during such a hard time. He waited until they were ready and had such a compassion. He was such a nice guy and made the situation a little bit easier by showing them he cared.
