I was able to stay with my dog while she was euthenized and after a miscommunication in Booking the bet called me directly to resolve it offering an $80 credit to come for the error.
They did a very good job and were gentle, understanding and humane, making a VERY difficult situation easier.

Whether its a yearly check up or a concern, you will get answers and your pet will be attended to. The office is super clean. The staff is loving and efficient. There is constant communication between you and the vets. Call them, they are truly incredible.

I was traveling out of state with my boy when he became very ill. I took him to River View and we saw Dr. Sarah. She was so incredibly kind and patient as she met us and examined Henry. Sadly, I don't think there was much to be done for my 16 year old schnauzer, but she ran some tests and sent us home with medication with hopes that something would turn around. We returned just a few short days later to send Henry over the Rainbow Bridge. It was one of the most difficult times in my life, but Dr. Sarah and her entire staff were so kind and compassionate. I also received a very sweet sympathy card once I made it back home. If I lived anywhere near River View, they would most certainly be my vet of choice!!! Thank you again for everything!

I hope to never need emergency services but the few times I have called after hours one of them has always called me back to talk through my concern and advise on how we should handle the issue. I really recommend RVVS, the best service ever!

Today we took our very timid Belgian Malinois into see Dr. Sarah... Knowing his previous abuse record by a man, she was extremely patient with him and he even approached her a few times. Their office was closing as we were settling up our bill when I asked if Dr. Terry could come out just to see what Jax would do. By the time we left Dr. Terry was laying on the floor with Jax playing ball with him. This is the best veterinary office that I have ever encountered. The entire staff is friendly and very understanding to all animal demeanors. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah, Dr. Terry and staff to anyone and everyone! Thank you River Valley!

They take the care and time to make her feel comfortable(as much as possible) and after a two year allergy battle have been able to find the problem and helped fix it in a very cost effective way! We love them and wouldn't go any where else.

Even when it comes to late night phone calls and visits, they never make you feel awkward or rushed. Every option is always discussed. They are meticulous thinkers and are well educated. Yet, they have such compassionate and "down-to-earth" personalities. I am so thankful to have them as our vet to our many fur babies. Thank you for your dedication!

Excellent service. My dog, who normally hates vets actually liked this one. After he checked her over, he gave us a tour of the operating room and the recovery room. The office is new, and looks very clean and organized. I would recommend this vet to anyone.
