I was out of town and as a favor, my young brother-in-law said he would take my dogs in to this nearby vet as they needed their nails trimmed. I called the office ahead with my credit card number and told them he would be bringing them in for a nail trim and rabies vaccination (they were due). They steamrolled my b-i-l, and charged my cc $933. Instead of doing what we discussed on the phone, they vaccinated and tested my dogs for everything possible. I was planning on getting the other vacs at our regular vet. They gave my senior dogs over six vaccinations in one day, incl. Bordetella, which is only necessary if dogs are to be boarded (mine aren't). I called and asked for some kind of discount, as what they did was clearly not what we talked about and they didn't have permission to charge my card that amount. They said they would call me back last week. I'm still waiting. I will update this review if I receive some kind of resolution, but as of now my only option may be to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. Read Less
