These guys are amazing! I brought my Lacey here to get her shots and to have a tick removed. She’s a rescue, so she can be a tad unpredictable. These girls were so sweet to her and treated her like she was their own. I have just moved to a new town, but I will DEFINITELY continue to bring her here. The best part was the card that Lacey got in the mail to welcome her. 10/5 stars!

I love the staff here. They are compassionate yet realisric. I have never been made to feel bad about choices I have made in regards to my pet's health. I have always been given multiple options of care so that I can decide what is best for our family. So many other vets we have used so have felt were all about the money, and I have never felt this way at Rochelle Veterinary Hospital.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff and doctors. Reasonable, they do not upsell or suggest unnecessary tests or services which is part of the reason I left my old vet. Dr Marquardt has gone above and beyond as far as treating my best girls and I cannot say enough exemplary things about her! So thankful, highly recommend. Clean and tidy, nice open entrance at desk space and separate cat and dog waiting areas. Abundant choices of prescription pet foods. To reiterate super friendly, patient staff. I highly recommend the folks at Rochelle vet.

Everyone is very competent, loving towards animals & people alike. We needed to have our 17yo Border Collie "Princess" put to sleep recently and my hubby said they were very compassionate and that eased his stress and feeling of loss quite a bit. I opened mail a few days later to find a wonderful sympathy card personally signed by everyone, it was so very nice it made me cry a bit more but was greatly appreciated. We pass several Vets on our way to RVH, and will continue to bring our 2 dogs & other future pets there, yes they are that good.

We went thru a VERY TRAUMATIC experience with our dog. They said they stayed late for us in order to accommodate us....don't recall that at all. If so it was maybe 5 mins. We had been going here for years. Always paying the OVERPRICED fees in exchange for convenience. I work in a professional office and I would do ANYTHING for my patients INCLUDING stay late without adding a huge fee. ESPECIALLY in a very sad situation. They saw an opportunity to over charge!! Good care is available without high prices!!!

I just had my 4 month old puppy neutered yesterday. After having lost my dog back in October during her surgery at another vet, I was very reluctant about putting my new pup under general anesthesia. But I can tell you that I have never been so happy with a Veterinarian before. As soon as I picked my puppy up, he acted like he didn't even have surgery. I highly recommend paying the extra $65 to have them use laser to reduce the swelling and discomfort of internal sutures. Like I said he was right back to his normal self as soon as I picked him up. Highly recommend!!!

I just love this place and the staff. It's hard to find a vet that truly listens and cares for your Furbaby and this place is filled with people that do just that. It's never easy dropping off your Furbaby and walking out the door without them and despite my Homer being anxious when he saw that I was leaving his vet tech was very comforting to him she took the time to love on him and reassure him mommy was coming back. They took excellent care of my Homer while he was there and they fixed him all up. His tooffers are all clean now and we got rid of a couple really bad ones that were causing Homer pain. I cannot thank the staff here enough for taking such great care of Homer.

I had to quit taking my dog there to get groomed. Once he came back and the white in his eye was bloody,just thought he jerked around and got the grooming tool. Well the next time he came back he would yelp while jumping to and from the couch. I am disgusted with the groomer there. Because of that I will never be back for anything besides that I now have a great groomer for half that price.

Compassionate, caring and very attentive. Been taking my basset there ever since he was pup and every time they welcome him with smiles and treats (even though he is very high anxiety and growls at new people). Dr. M and her staff work very well with my skittish basset. They have fit us in TWICE now for emergency visits and make my boy as comfortable as possible while hes there. I cannot thank them enough!

Kind, professional, friendly, caring. Always a smile at the front desk. I have been taking my many dogs there for years. Doc M saved the life of my rock eating Bloodhound. Didn't think she'd make it. One of the things I like about this place is when I talk to them about what is said on FB from my Bloodhound Groups and Vets they always listen. I have many Bloodhound owners following Doc Bakers advise on bloat and the ear product for those long houndy ears! Great place and they deserve the 5-star rating.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Marquardt since we moved to Illinois, following her from Polo to Rochelle. She is THE BEST vet EVER. I travel from Oregon to Rochelle and it is absolutely worth the trip. She is a caring person and an extremely capable veterinarian. The facility is easy to get to, always clean and shiny, and the staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Marquardt and the Rochelle Veterinary Hospital to anyone and everyone.

I just love this place and the staff. It's hard to find a vet that truly listens and cares for your Furbaby and this place is filled with people that do just that. It's never easy dropping off your Furbaby and walking out the door without them and despite my Homer being anxious when he saw that I was leaving his vet tech was very comforting to him she took the time to love on him and reassure him mommy was coming back. They took excellent care of my Homer while he was there and they fixed him all up. His tooffers are all clean now and we got rid of a couple really bad ones that were causing Homer pain. I cannot thank the staff here enough for taking such great care of Homer.

I had to quit taking my dog there to get groomed. Once he came back and the white in his eye was bloody,just thought he jerked around and got the grooming tool. Well the next time he came back he would yelp while jumping to and from the couch. I am disgusted with the groomer there. Because of that I will never be back for anything besides that I now have a great groomer for half that price.

Compassionate, caring and very attentive. Been taking my basset there ever since he was pup and every time they welcome him with smiles and treats (even though he is very high anxiety and growls at new people). Dr. M and her staff work very well with my skittish basset. They have fit us in TWICE now for emergency visits and make my boy as comfortable as possible while hes there. I cannot thank them enough!

Kind, professional, friendly, caring. Always a smile at the front desk. I have been taking my many dogs there for years. Doc M saved the life of my rock eating Bloodhound. Didn't think she'd make it. One of the things I like about this place is when I talk to them about what is said on FB from my Bloodhound Groups and Vets they always listen. I have many Bloodhound owners following Doc Bakers advise on bloat and the ear product for those long houndy ears! Great place and they deserve the 5-star rating.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Marquardt since we moved to Illinois, following her from Polo to Rochelle. She is THE BEST vet EVER. I travel from Oregon to Rochelle and it is absolutely worth the trip. She is a caring person and an extremely capable veterinarian. The facility is easy to get to, always clean and shiny, and the staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Marquardt and the Rochelle Veterinary Hospital to anyone and everyone.
