The Dr's and the team are truly the best you will ever find! If you want a team that puts your pet first this is the place you need to go. I have never worked with a more compassionate team and I never worry when I leave my Luna in their hands.

I got a copy of Luigi's records and saw a note in there about my leaving a 2 star google review. This was the first i heard about it and wish someone had asked about it when i was in to pick up cat food - i would have fixed it sooner!

Caring staff, every one of them. I have had emergencies/panic moments and they are very understanding. My dog pulls me in the door and loves them, even when she is not feeling well.

We started taking our puppy here when we moved to Rock Island. She was 10 weeks old from the shelter and they went through all of her records with a fine tooth comb and answered our many questions we had! They really care about their clients! We saw one of the staff members at the pet store and she recognized our puppy and us right away, even knew us all by name! We had only been there one time! We now take both of our puppies here and we would never change! Love the staff and their excellent care!

Truly caring vetinarians with a great staff. They have cared for our critters for years. They ALWAYS follow up with you after you take your pet there because of an illness.

The doctor is very kind and has an excellent way of handling the animals, as do the entire staff. The animals in there always seem happy, or as happy as they can be when they're sick. My husky is super hyper and getting him to calm down long enough for shots or anything like that can be a challenge. He was even more of a handful when he was a puppy. They've never had a problem taking care of him his entire life.

The doctor is very kind and has an excellent way of handling the animals, as do the entire staff. The animals in there always seem happy, or as happy as they can be when they're sick. My husky is super hyper and getting him to calm down long enough for shots or anything like that can be a challenge. He was even more of a handful when he was a puppy. I've been taking my pets here for more than 5 years and I honestly can say that this is a top notch clinic. The doctors and staff are very kind and considerate and they have sweet office animals! I suggested this clinic to a couple of my friends and they have started to take their pets there too.

We started taking our puppy here when we moved to Rock Island. She was 10 weeks old from the shelter and they went through all of her records with a fine tooth comb and answered our many questions we had! They really care about their clients! We saw one of the staff members at the pet store and she recognized our puppy and us right away, even knew us all by name! We had only been there one time! We now take both of our puppies here and we would never change! Love the staff and their excellent care!

I've been taking my pets here for more than 5 years and I honestly can say that this is a top notch clinic. The doctors and staff are very kind and considerate and they have sweet office animals! I suggested this clinic to a couple of my friends and they have started to take their pets there too.
