I had a lionhead rabbit that just turned 4 years old. I used to see Dr Dietz for years but then she retired. This other Dr Harbach took over and I wasnt happy till she tramatized my rabbit. I saw blood in my rabbits urine and was very concerned and brought her in. Dr. Harbach diagnosed her with a Uti. Put her on antibiotics for a,week. I saw no improvement. After my rabbit finished her antibiotics I still was seeing the blood. I brought her back in and grant you my rabbit was completely fine and normal when I brought her in. She was chipper, eating acting her usual self. Until Dr. Harbach tried to get a urinalysis on her, they stressed my rabbit out and raised her temperature to 105 degrees. A rabbit just dont get a fever in a few minutes. They covered her and stressed her out. God knows what or how they tried to get a urine specimen from her, but whatever they did caused my rabbit to die and have a heart attack. The Dr brought my rabbit back into the room and tried to put her in her cage when I saw her nearly pass out. I said to her what is wring with my rabbit and why is she acting like that. They took her back again and less than 5 mins later the dr came back to me and didnt know what to say to me. She stated she tried to resesitate her but I think she just let her die. I have never been so hurt, sad and heartbroken over my rabbits death. She knew she killed her and didnt have the heart to tell me the truth. An owner knows their pet. My baby was completely fine when I had brought her in. They stressed her out and killed her. I will never go back there again. Please people be careful who treats your pets. In my opinion, when they take your pet back, the owner should be allowed to come back and be present. The owner should see what exactly is being done to their animal. Sometimes the animal feels safer when they see their owner by their side. I know my Bella did. I really wish I didnt bring her back today, because she would have been still alive right now. Read Less

Vets and assistants are awesome. The receptionist Margaret could be a LOT less bitchy and stop to listen instead of making faces and being condescending every time I deal with her though.
