Appauled at the service I received (or lack of).. went to take my dying min pin in to get looked at because of heavy bloating and excessive breathing & the two ladies behind the counter proceeded to deny my service with ZERO clients in the building. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! I was forced to leave and I put my puppy to sleep at 13 years old just an hour after leaving there.. she had pyometra. But the ladies behind the desk thought it was comical. Disgusting.

The doctor did all he could to help save my cat. I ended up putting him to sleep. They were very nice and let us stay the whole time to say goodbye. Never had a problem here.

I love this place. My husband and I moved to Wisconsin and we still bring our dogs here - I’ve yet to find a clinic that compared.

We have seen 2 doctors at this clinic. For multiple cats and my dog. The staff is very friendly! They take the time to explain all treatment options, all things medically wrong with your pet in full detail, can get your animal in quickly and spend as much time as it takes to make sure your pet is okay. I highly recommend them! They are great! They are also reasonably priced for office visits/shots. They are also the only vet clinic I have taken my pit to that didn't require sedation, which is a relief on my end as I don't like drugging my babies. They are always so gentle with my animals, and I really appreciate that. Thanks again guys! :D

New to the area and our dog got injured, my sister and nephew walked to their office to be there by 7 am to get her medical help but was TURNED DOWN because we didn't have money to pay them immediate...
New to the area and our dog got injured, my sister and nephew walked to their office to be there by 7 am to get her medical help but was TURNED DOWN because we didn't have money to pay them immediately! And then we called and talked to the vet about what happened, how we were treated and that we had to surrender our beloved dog the the county to get her medical help; because of her age they euthanized her. His comment was and we quote "I'm not going to change our policy and have patients to get to and I'm sorry you feel it's our fault". Seriously, that's what you say to someone who had to give up their dog because you wouldn't see her because we didn't have money to pay immediately!!! We'll NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great experience here. Reception staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Etheridge was very friendly and gentle with my cat, Sterling. His assistant was petting him, talking to him, made him feel safe...
Had a great experience here. Reception staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Etheridge was very friendly and gentle with my cat, Sterling. His assistant was petting him, talking to him, made him feel safe. He didn't even make a sound when the Dr. vaccinated him. I was able to pick up some Hill's Science Diet dry food while I was there. I will continue bringing my furbaby here.

they are so rude, the receptionist needs to improve on her people skills, i will never go there again and Will not recommend this place, took my dog there on a sat no appointment , he got really sick ...
they are so rude, the receptionist needs to improve on her people skills, i will never go there again and Will not recommend this place, took my dog there on a sat no appointment , he got really sick and needed immediate care , it was such an inconvenience to her. Hillcrest is the best to go..... so thanks Stephenson for nothing

Appauled at the service I received (or lack of).. went to take my dying min pin in to get looked at because of heavy bloating and excessive breathing & the two ladies behind the counter proceeded to deny my service with ZERO clients in the building. We have seen 2 doctors at this clinic. For multiple cats and my dog. The staff is very friendly! They take the time to explain all treatment options, all things medically wrong with your pet in full detail, can get your animal in quickly and spend as much time as it takes to make sure your pet is okay. I highly recommend them! They are great! They are also reasonably priced for office visits/shots. They are also the only vet clinic I have taken my pit to that didn't require sedation, which is a relief on my end as I don't like drugging my babies. New to the area and our dog got injured, my sister and nephew walked to their office to be there by 7 am to get her medical help but was TURNED DOWN because we didn't have money to pay them immediately! And then we called and talked to the vet about what happened, how we were treated and that we had to surrender our beloved dog the the county to get her medical help; because of her age they euthanized her.
