What an AWESOME vet office!!!!! I moved here a year ago ago from New England and have gone to 2 different vets but was not happy with the staff. My german shepherd is unsocialized and fearful aggressive. I knew that she was acting off and suspected an ear infection. Our first trip she charged the staff, even muzzled. They gave me meds to calm her down. We tried again but her adrenalin blew right through the meds. They gave me another med to add to it and we tried a third time. They were AMAZING making sure that we could get her in safely. She was still aggressive but the vet did not hesitate to attempt to examine her and by the end of her visit she was not only examined but treated AND the vet made a point of getting down on the floor with her to lavish her with treats determined that this visit would be a positive one for her. I worked in the field 20 years and know that many vets would have turned her away. Not only did they not do that but it is clear to me how very much they love their jobs and it was EXTREMELY important to get her treated safely and properly. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. And the best part is their prices are so unbelievably reasonable. If you need a great vet this is absolutely where you should go. They went that extra mile for our VERY difficult Harley Quinn and we could not be happier!!! Absolutely deserve 5+ star rating. Simply a magnificent group of animals lovers here determined to go that extra mile!

We habe had to put down 2 dogs within 4 months. They were very compassionate and caring. When we become pet owners again we will revisit.

This is our local vet clinic for the dog. We've been going here since they opened several years ago.Facilities are clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are also compassionate, thoughtful and real troopers. Vet care is excellent. They explain everything they do and why. If they don't know, they will tell you.I started with a difficult, primitive breed dog. Vet knew how to handle the dog kindly and firmly. We never had any problems at this clinic. (We did at others.) The dog actually eventually even acclimated to going to this clinic willingly.When the time came, the first dog was kindly and graciously euthanized at the Bridge Street Clinic. The euthanization was also well done technically. (Am a physician. I know.) The process was smooth, with minimal discomfort for dog or human. Much kind consideration was demonstrated at every difficult step of this process -- and I greatly appreciated it.Now the new little adopted dog goes to the Bridge Street Clinic -- and loves it!This clinic has thought of everything, medically and otherwise. Would recommend them anytime to anyone. And -- they're local.

We have followed this vet from Rockford. They were amazingly helpful with our Pitbull and his skin conditions and loved him no matter how gnarly and stinky he came in. Always willing to work with our tight budget too. Now our Husky-Sheppard mix sees them too. They really treat our animals like family. It's nice to have a vet that cares for the people and the animal. Thank-you Roscoe Vet!!

This vet did not know what she was talking about. If you come in with one issue and try to address another she will not give good info and tell you to come back to be charged again. Up until this vet moved to this new location, all she cares about is money money money, apparently they are not able to pay for the building. Personally, my dog came in with a enlarged thyroid (size of a golfball and she didn't know what to do.) This lady needs to go back to vet school because I do not trust her to operate on my dog, she may kill your beloved pet. They don't treat your pet as family but as a big hundred dollar bill. Also the lady at the desk is very very rude to me & my mother on multiple occasions.

I couldn't decide on 2 or 3 stars. I am not very happy because I just took my cat there to get fixed, declawed in the front, shots and treated for ear mites. Every thing with him is fine. Two days lat...
I couldn't decide on 2 or 3 stars. I am not very happy because I just took my cat there to get fixed, declawed in the front, shots and treated for ear mites. Every thing with him is fine. Two days later when I had to pick up my cat, my dog had an appointment conveniently, and he was getting up to date on shots and checked for worms. regular check up. she said everything with him is fine, but NOW on Monday, when I took him there on Saturday. He is acting like his ears are bothering him and ear mites are contagious. I think he has gotten them from my cat. I am waiting for a call back and I will be very upset if they tell me to bring him in to fix the problem after having spent 460 bucks!!

Next to Sofia's Restaurant, but that's a different story. Dr. Sill and the staff are top notch. Proposed treatments are discussed including possible outcomes and costs. The Technicians have extensive training. Dr. Sill and her partner have many years of experience. She has an empathetic approach and a gentle touch that eases the pet's (and owner's) anxiety. Treatments and most surgical procedures are performed on site.The pet supplies are available. The facility is clean and disinfected. Appointments are required, but they can handle some walk-in immediate care problems...just call ahead.

You will get excellent care at this clinic. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and all have received excellent care. Also, if your pet needs surgery, the follow up care is second to none. The Dr.'s and staff truly care about the well being of your pets. They answer any questions you have, and are very patient. I have friends and family who bring their pets here also, and they all have great things to say, too.

What an AWESOME vet office!!!!! I moved here a year ago ago from New England and have gone to 2 different vets but was not happy with the staff. My german shepherd is unsocialized and fearful aggressive. I knew that she was acting off and suspected an ear infection. Our first trip she charged the staff, even muzzled. They gave me meds to calm her down. We tried again but her adrenalin blew right through the meds. They gave me another med to add to it and we tried a third time. They were AMAZING making sure that we could get her in safely. We have followed this vet from Rockford. They were amazingly helpful with our Pitbull and his skin conditions and loved him no matter how gnarly and stinky he came in. Always willing to work with our tight budget too. Now our Husky-Sheppard mix sees them too. They really treat our animals like family. You will get excellent care at this clinic. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and all have received excellent care. Also, if your pet needs surgery, the follow up care is second to none. The Dr.'s and staff truly care about the well being of your pets. They answer any questions you have, and are very patient. I have friends and family who bring their pets here also, and they all have great things to say, too.
