Have been going to RAH since our German shepherd was ill back in the early 90's. Dr. Pauly has retired and Dr. Zink has taken over, but it's the same professional, caring staff and experience.

I don't bring my cats in to the vet as often as I should, but when I do - I bring them to Roselle Animal Hospital. Not to be TMI, but a few nights ago I noticed pus was coming out of my cat's bottom...
I don't bring my cats in to the vet as often as I should, but when I do - I bring them to Roselle Animal Hospital. Not to be TMI, but a few nights ago I noticed pus was coming out of my cat's bottom. Not only was I terrified as to what might be wrong with my girl, but also could not help but stress over how much money was this going to cost me. I had called shelters, the Tree House in the city, Amber Ridge in Winfield (was given personal references that this vet apparent...ly offered payment plan options only to be given a stiff "payments due at time of service" when i called to verify) and had gotten nowhere. Then I remembered Roselle Animal Hospital and called. I believe I spoke with Sarah, and by that time I was so upset and frustrated I had a melt down and cried to her on the phone. She was so comforting and sincere when she was listening to my situation (esp. telling her I didn't have much money), told me that everything will be discussed with me when my cat was examined and we would figure everything out to get my cat well and make a plan. I got in that same evening. The staff is amazing. Such kind, wonderful people. The office is clean and spacious. Dr. Zink was fantastic with my cat, patiently answered all of my questions and gave me great advice. Roselle Animal Hospital really treats you and your pets as if you're family. I'll also never forget my two previous cats I had brought here for care when they were both extremely sick with jaundice and whom sadly passed away not too much longer after they were seen. People forget many things , but they never forget how people made them feel . The receptionist was very nice on the phone, but when I arrived the Staff was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. My dog that has lived with me for many years was facing surgery. That alone was very upsetting. The staff seemed uncompassionate . Their only concern was how fast they were going to get their money.My dogs became upset because I was upset. It was a awful experience.

Great experience at Roselle Animal Hospital! I've been taking our dog here for a couple of years now and everyone is always pleasant and professional. Dr. Ciura is very gentle and thorough when examining our dog. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, I never feel rushed.
I even receive a follow up call the day after our dog received his annual vaccines.
I would highly recommend Roselle Animal Hospital.

The receptionist was inviting on the phone when I first scheduled my appointment. The reception area was ok when I brought in my beagle puppy Lucy.The doctor is technically great and saved Lucy from continuing unnecessary medication from the shelter. He noticed right away that she had an ear infection and did an ear swab to check exactly what she needed.Lucy is very friendly and loves licking people's faces. He avoided her face licking and formally told her that was enough. Also, Lucy kept screaming in a high pitched way when the staff handled her. They said she wasn't in pain and called her a drama queen. Even with the new patient coupon, the visit was much more expensive than I was expecting. I found a more reasonably priced veterinary clinic and did not bring Lucy back.

They were accommodating, sweet and understanding. Let's talk value... Half off every vaccine on Wednesdays. You can't beat that! More moolah for treats . The place smells like other dogs but I got used to it. A huge waiting room and a play area for the pups... Awesome place! Will definitely come back next year for the yearly check up and vaccines. Originally started with this vet when Dr. Pauly was there. Dr. Zink and Dr. Daham are two of the most compassionate vets and their staff is second to none. You never feel like you are being rushed and treat you and your four legged children with respect. Rusty just loves them and the two women that work in their grooming area. When Rusty gets groomed, he comes home happy as a clam. I would recommend them highly if you are looking for a new vet.

I recently moved away from the area. I lived right down the street. I started at this Vet when Dr. Pauly was the main Doc. He was always kind and caring. Listened and understood when a pet parent came in panicked and did his best to calm and reassure you that your fur baby was going to be fine.From the time he stepped back a bit and we moved away, I (we) would see Dr. Dahm. She is wonderful. Explains everything to you. Doesn't push stuff on you and gives you time to think about stuff. This is not a place where making money is the first thought. Taking care of you and your baby and doing the right thing for them comes first. If I could have convinced them to move I would have. Or if I could stand my oh-so-hyper-that-not-even-meds-help chug for the 90 minute drive, I'd still be using them. Try them....you will never use another Vet again.

We have moved to area recently and took our little Cat in for an eye infection. Not only were they supremely gentle with our timid cat they clipped her nails for us with ease to her. Her eye is doing really well and they even called to follow up on how she is doing! We will be bringing in our other cat in soon just for check up and hopefully a new puppy soon as we did not have a good experience with one we were fostering through a rescue recently :(. They seem to really care about the people and animals they treat.So far so good at our new family vet!**Update***not sure what happened here in last 6 months or so but the care we received with our pup recently was not like the service we have got before.Not only did she get gravely ill after our annual shots appointment, but they did not return our calls about her health forcing us to go to an emergency vet to save her life. Maybe they are busier than ever or have less staff but we literally had to beg to speak to vet about our baby and that is just not right. We are saddened by this with such a former good experiences with our cats and dogs annual appts, but after this experience we will not be back with any of our animals.

Absolutely everything about this animal hospital is top notch. We love all of their services and appreciate their constant compassion. They are excellent at following through as well. After any tests, surgeries, etc. the doctor will make a personal call to check in to see how things are going. I recommend this vet to anyone in the area.

I have gone here several times, and they are always super friendly and attentive. Both vets I have seen have been great, and answered all my questions as well as offer plenty of good advice.

Great boarding experience. I have boarded my dog at a few different places over the years including other animal hospitals and Roselle Animal Hospital has been the best experience for me and my dog. The dogs get to run around at the dog park.

Great experience at Roselle Animal Hospital! I've been taking our dog here for a couple of years now and everyone is always pleasant and professional. Dr. Ciura is very gentle and thorough when examining our dog. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, I never feel rushed.
I even receive a follow up call the day after our dog received his annual vaccines.
I would highly recommend Roselle Animal Hospital.

1st time at Roselle Animal Hospital and I had a very pleasant experience from making the last minute appointment (which they were very accommodating to) and through out the hole exam. Also because I was a first time patient they were able to give me half off vaccines! Overall a great place and looking forward to years of business there!

The receptionist was inviting on the phone when I first scheduled my appointment. The reception area was ok when I brought in my beagle puppy Lucy.The doctor is technically great and saved Lucy from continuing unnecessary medication from the shelter. He noticed right away that she had an ear infection and did an ear swab to check exactly what she needed.Lucy is very friendly and loves licking people's faces. He avoided her face licking and formally told her that was enough. Also, Lucy kept screaming in a high pitched way when the staff handled her. They said she wasn't in pain and called her a drama queen. Even with the new patient coupon, the visit was much more expensive than I was expecting. I found a more reasonably priced veterinary clinic and did not bring Lucy back.

They were accommodating, sweet and understanding. Let's talk value... Half off every vaccine on Wednesdays. You can't beat that! More moolah for treats . The place smells like other dogs but I got used to it. A huge waiting room and a play area for the pups... Awesome place! Will definitely come back next year for the yearly check up and vaccines. The woof was definitely on fire here! Oh yeah it's a hospital too!

Originally started with this vet when Dr. Pauly was there. Dr. Zink and Dr. Daham are two of the most compassionate vets and their staff is second to none. You never feel like you are being rushed and treat you and your four legged children with respect. Rusty just loves them and the two women that work in their grooming area. When Rusty gets groomed, he comes home happy as a clam. I would recommend them highly if you are looking for a new vet.

I recently moved away from the area. I lived right down the street. I started at this Vet when Dr. Pauly was the main Doc. He was always kind and caring. Listened and understood when a pet parent came in panicked and did his best to calm and reassure you that your fur baby was going to be fine.From the time he stepped back a bit and we moved away, I (we) would see Dr. Dahm. She is wonderful. Explains everything to you. Doesn't push stuff on you and gives you time to think about stuff. This is not a place where making money is the first thought. Taking care of you and your baby and doing the right thing for them comes first. If I could have convinced them to move I would have. Or if I could stand my oh-so-hyper-that-not-even-meds-help chug for the 90 minute drive, I'd still be using them. Try them....you will never use another Vet again.

This is the kindest, cleanest, most wonderful Vet & Boarding facility I've ever dealt with. Fantastic attentive staff, prompt courteousness, and genuine care and respect for the well-being of their patients. My dog is happy as heck every time we pick him up from boarding. We have moved to area recently and took our little Cat in for an eye infection. Not only were they supremely gentle with our timid cat they clipped her nails for us with ease to her. Her eye is doing really well and they even called to follow up on how she is doing! We will be bringing in our other cat in soon just for check up and hopefully a new puppy soon as we did not have a good experience with one we were fostering through a rescue recently :(. They seem to really care about the people and animals they treat.So far so good at our new family vet!**Update***not sure what happened here in last 6 months or so but the care we received with our pup recently was not like the service we have got before.Not only did she get gravely ill after our annual shots appointment, but they did not return our calls about her health forcing us to go to an emergency vet to save her life. Maybe they are busier than ever or have less staff but we literally had to beg to speak to vet about our baby and that is just not right. We are saddened by this with such a former good experiences with our cats and dogs annual appts, but after this experience we will not be back with any of our animals.
