Dr Jason and TJ showed great compassion recently when I had to have a horse put down. I appreciate that very much. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The waiting room and exam rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They, not only cared for our sick dog, but also cared about our other pets at home. Their prices are very fair and reasonable and they offer payment plans if needed. They gave a quick diagnosis and put our minds at ease. I know we won't be taking our pets to any other vet clinic! I would definitely recommend them to care for your beloved pets!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I started using greenhaven a long time ago when I had a horse that just needed a coggins. Now many years later we trailer in our whole hobby farm for treatment from peoria just because we love greenhaven so much...goats, mini pigs, alpacas, horses...today we went out to find our pony in major distress and Dr. Frost didnt hesitate to make the long distance off hours Sunday morning call to the farm. She treated our pony for a UTI and he's feeling so much better already!

Greenhaven has always been a notch above on animal care and advanced in their knowledge & techniques and they proved it yet again when I recently had a first calf show heifer that needed a C-section. Not only was the advice to do it spot on, but due to their knowledge and care both cow and calf came through it with flying colors. They are also compassionate and great to help you out when your in a pinch...i was scheduled to go on a trip the day following the C-section and the office was kind enough to keep the pair for a couple of days so i could complete my trip with no worries of the after care and getting the pair off on the right foot after such a rough start. They are my "go to" vet for many reasons;)

They have always treated the animals with great care and treatment. A great plus for me is that if I need them after hours they always meet me at clinic whatever time of day or night that I need them. That is pricless to me.

Best veterinarians ever. My 8 yr old weimaraner mix had surgery last week. They were absolutely wonderful with him. They treat your animal with absolute love and respect. They even tested me a picture...
Best veterinarians ever. My 8 yr old weimaraner mix had surgery last week. They were absolutely wonderful with him. They treat your animal with absolute love and respect. They even tested me a picture after surgery to show us he was okay. And has even called to check on him a few times since.My lab mix had to be put down earlier this year as well. They were wonderful with him. Went even as far as shuffling rugs for him to be able to walk back to the back for testing.Staff is wonderful and so caring.

Brought my bulldog in to get treated for an infection around the rear end of the dog. The doctor treated him for a prostate infection. The infection did not go away so he was brought back into see the doctor. During this visit the doctor said to have him neutered and that should fix the problem. That was done and the dog still has the infection on the rear end. Brought him back in and I pointed out exactly where the infection is. The infection is between the tail and a wrinkle by the rear end. The doctor looks and says he has a wrinkle infection. So basically the doctor never did a thorough exam to begin with. The dog should never have been neutered. I called the doctor and spoke to him personally. I told him that the neutering was never necessary because that was not the problem. Not once did the doctor offer to refund my money. I then told him that he needs to fix the wrinkle infection at his expense. He replied "I don't like being given ultimatums." He didn't mind misleading me on how to fix my dog. During this conversation, he never once apologize or accepted responsibility for not fixing the infection. I have learned from this experience and prior experiences that this animal clinic likes to pad their wallets. I have spoke with others who used to go to this clinic and they say the same thing. I also spoke with other people and learned that greenhaven over prices their prescriptions. I paid $14 or $15 for a prescription of tramadol. I spoke to another person who goes to another clinic and they only pay $8 for the same prescription. I no longer trust this clinic and will never bring any of my animals back to this place. Sincerely, unhappy customer!

I have been taking my cats here for the past 4 years. Every single staff member is happy and smiling. I am literally amazed at how well the animals are treated here! I have seen two different doctors and they have both been wonderful! They really take their time with you and answer any questions. They explain very well what they are doing and why they are doing it. They do not order extra labs, etc. I always rave to friends and family about how wonderful this place is. The prices seem high some times, but for the care my pets get it is worth it! I will never go anywhere else! Only the best for my four legged kids! :)

My cat was recently sick and Greenhaven Animal Clinic got us right it to be checked out. When my cat had to stay over, they called me twice that evening to give me an update about him and they called me the next morning. Those phone calls really meant a lot to me since my cat is like a part of my family. Even after I had brought my cat home, Greenhaven Animal Clinic called to check up on him. Greenhaven Animal Clinic has a great staff and they really take great care of your pets.

Love the docs and the staff but absolutely refuse to use them even in a life threatening emergency. My niece took her lab there for a 1 night stay, IV's and bill was over $500. Just took him again to Macomb Vet over Labor weekend for emergency call and total was $180. How do you justify that?! For my horses I ONLY AND WILL ONLY USE Doc Monfort out of Farmer City. Otherwise I'll put them down. Sorry, canut justify these cost and Doc charges me the same farm fee to come all that way. Don't understand it.

Usually the doctors clearly explain of what's wrong with the kid and gave the best treatment..There's always on call doctor 24/7 in case of emergency . I would like to recommend this excellent animal clinic to all animal lover for their four legs kid..

I have used Greenhaven for years. All of my dogs, my cats and many of my foster dog have gone there. My dogs love going in there which is very important to me. They have always treated the animals with great care and treatment. A great plus for me is that if I need them after hours they always meet me at clinic whatever time of day or night that I need them. That is pricless to me.

Best veterinarians ever. My 8 yr old weimaraner mix had surgery last week. They were absolutely wonderful with him. They treat your animal with absolute love and respect. They even tested me a picture after surgery to show us he was okay. And has even called to check on him a few times since.My lab mix had to be put down earlier this year as well. They were wonderful with him. Went even as far as shuffling rugs for him to be able to walk back to the back for testing.Staff is wonderful and so caring.

Brought my bulldog in to get treated for an infection around the rear end of the dog. The doctor treated him for a prostate infection. The infection did not go away so he was brought back into see the doctor. During this visit the doctor said to have him neutered and that should fix the problem. That was done and the dog still has the infection on the rear end. Brought him back in and I pointed out exactly where the infection is. The infection is between the tail and a wrinkle by the rear end. The doctor looks and says he has a wrinkle infection. So basically the doctor never did a thorough exam to begin with. The dog should never have been neutered. I called the doctor and spoke to him personally. I told him that the neutering was never necessary because that was not the problem. Not once did the doctor offer to refund my money. I then told him that he needs to fix the wrinkle infection at his expense. He replied "I don't like being given ultimatums." He didn't mind misleading me on how to fix my dog. During this conversation, he never once apologize or accepted responsibility for not fixing the infection. I have learned from this experience and prior experiences that this animal clinic likes to pad their wallets. I have spoke with others who used to go to this clinic and they say the same thing. I also spoke with other people and learned that greenhaven over prices their prescriptions. I paid $14 or $15 for a prescription of tramadol. I spoke to another person who goes to another clinic and they only pay $8 for the same prescription. I no longer trust this clinic and will never bring any of my animals back to this place. Sincerely, unhappy customer!

I have been taking my cats here for the past 4 years. Every single staff member is happy and smiling. I am literally amazed at how well the animals are treated here! I have seen two different doctors and they have both been wonderful! They really take their time with you and answer any questions. They explain very well what they are doing and why they are doing it. They do not order extra labs, etc. I always rave to friends and family about how wonderful this place is. The prices seem high some times, but for the care my pets get it is worth it! I will never go anywhere else! Only the best for my four legged kids! :)

Greenhaven Animal Clinic is amazing. They take wonderful care of your animals. In fact, they treat them as if they were their own. My cat was recently sick and Greenhaven Animal Clinic got us right it to be checked out. When my cat had to stay over, they called me twice that evening to give me an update about him and they called me the next morning. Those phone calls really meant a lot to me since my cat is like a part of my family. Even after I had brought my cat home, Greenhaven Animal Clinic called to check up on him. Greenhaven Animal Clinic has a great staff and they really take great care of your pets.

Love the docs and the staff but absolutely refuse to use them even in a life threatening emergency. My niece took her lab there for a 1 night stay, IV's and bill was over $500. Just took him again to Macomb Vet over Labor weekend for emergency call and total was $180. How do you justify that?! For my horses I ONLY AND WILL ONLY USE Doc Monfort out of Farmer City. Otherwise I'll put them down. Sorry, canut justify these cost and Doc charges me the same farm fee to come all that way. Don't understand it.
