We've been taking my dog here for almost a year now per recommendation from my mom who takes her dog to Dr. Miller, too. We adopted our baby with a ton of issues: heartworm positive, tapeworm in her stool, and not spayed. Dr. Miller and the rest of the staff has worked with us to get our dog back to 100%.
Dr. Miller is straight and to-the-point and doesn't waste much time on small talk. If that's what you're looking for, go elsewhere. But if you want someone who knows what he's doing and an entire staff that cares for animals then this is your spot.
Also, the place itself is a bit older so don't be shocked about that. We still drive about 40 minutes to see Dr. Miller even though there's tons of closer vets. But when you find someone good, you stick with them.

I have only come here once and it was to lay my dog to rest. The staff were caring and kind. Dr. Miller is a great human being. He truly cares for animals and doesn't want to milk anybody for money like many other vets do. My dog had cancer, very aggressive and advanced cancer. The doctors at Northlake Animal Hospital were milking me for money even though I am sure they knew my dog would die very soon. Dr. Miller even gave me closure, he tested cancerous fluid in my dog and gave me the results today, the results confirmed that my dog did in fact have cancer. I thank him very much for being a good human being, that's tough to come across these days. I will be bringing my other dog here from now on.

This is a great place to take your pets. Everyone is kind and Dr. Miller is awesome! He is the only one that I will allow to come close to my fur babies. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Miller has taken care of my pets for over 25 years. You won't find a better vet anywhere. Once my cat swallowed needle and thread. The closest vet to my home told me to put the cat down or pay $1000k to remove it. I then drove to Dr Miller (30 mins away) and all he said was (you will need to leave him. I said ok.). He took care of the cat my surgically removing it and even took the cat home to his house to make sure he had great care over a holiday weekend. His charge $300. Any questions?
I don't have a pet right now but when I do we will make the drive to Dr Miller!!!
I don't need to compromise quality and cost with animal care hospital.

The staff is efficient and usually you have no waiting time. You are in within 5 minutes of your appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Miller!

Dr. Miller is Amazing. He is kind. And what's very hard to find, he's affordable. He cares about taking care of the animals more than he cares about having a fancy office. That's how you know he is one of the (very rare & almost impossible to find) good guys. Recently, Dr. Miller diagnosed our 15 year old cat with cancer. Unfortunately it was too late to do anything for her and she was clearly in pain, so we decided it was time to let her go. I never had to put any of my pets down before. Dr. Miller gave us as much time as we needed in a private room to say goodbye to her. When it was time, he explained every step he was taking throughout the entire process. When all was done, (I'll never forget this) he put his hand on my shoulder, handed me a tissue, and assured me I made the right choice and that there was no way I would have ever been able to have find the tumor on her (based on where it was located). If he hadn't been so compassionate and told me that, I know I would still feel guilty to this day about it. Dr. Miller is a class act. I am concerned about a lump on my 9 year old chihuahua, and will be taking him to see the good Doc tomorrow. Fingers crossed all is well. If not, at least I know he will be in the best hands in the business! Thank you for all your hard work & dedication to our pets, Dr. Miller & staff.

Dr, Miller has been our vet for over 40 years. He is excellent!!!! He has a very down to earth approach. He tries to save me money whenever possible. My current dog has multiple problems including diabetes and liver disease. She has been on death's door more times than I can count, but Dr. Miller keeps saving her life. I wish he was a human doctor as well because I would trust him with my own life. I can't say enough good things about him

We've been taking my dog here for almost a year now per recommendation from my mom who takes her dog to Dr. Miller, too. We adopted our baby with a ton of issues: heartworm positive, tapeworm in her stool, and not spayed. Dr. Miller and the rest of the staff has worked with us to get our dog back to 100%.
Dr. Miller is straight and to-the-point and doesn't waste much time on small talk. If that's what you're looking for, go elsewhere. But if you want someone who knows what he's doing and an entire staff that cares for animals then this is your spot.

Dr. Miller is Amazing. He is kind. And what's very hard to find, he's affordable. He cares about taking care of the animals more than he cares about having a fancy office. That's how you know he is one of the (very rare & almost impossible to find) good guys. Recently, Dr. Miller diagnosed our 15 year old cat with cancer. Unfortunately it was too late to do anything for her and she was clearly in pain, so we decided it was time to let her go. I never had to put any of my pets down before.
