I really thought this was going to be a great place. But, I was wrong. Dr. Roberts could not have been more incorrect in his diagnosis. My usually good eater 15 year old dog, suddenly stopped eating, so I brought her in. They took her blood work, and he did a full examination. He said she seemed fine, and he recommended that I make her boiled chicken and rice. I took her home and boiled the chicken, and she barely touched it. Two days later, he called and said her bloodwork was fine, and that she was 15, so she probably would have more health problems and that was natural. That was it. I was more worried by her sad mood, so two days later I took her to a vet which my sister goes to for her dogs. Immediately, the vet sensed something was wrong when he did the physical exam. He said she had an enlarged spleen, and after reviewing the radiology which they did right there, he said she had cancer and did not have long to live. Five days later, she went blind and died in my arms. Dr. Roberts inaccurate diagnosis cost me another visit to a more competent vet, who even after radiology and drugs to make her comfortable, his bill was half of just the office visit with Dr. Roberts. I paid twice as much at McCormick and received half of the services that my sister's veterinarian provided. If he had been accurate, I would have immediately known something was wrong and my poor, sweet dog would not have been in unnecessary pain. I will never go back there. Read Less
