For several years I have brought all 4 of my cats to this establishment. About 18 months ago I had to put down my 16 year old baby. We called ahead and they had everything ready to make it as smooth and painless as possible. They offered a paw print keepsake for a low cost. They even sent me a condolences card. Another one of my fur babies gets very lethargic once a month, and won’t eat/drink. We know she has a mass in her abdomen but we cannot afford to treat it. So instead, we bring her in for antibiotics and a steroid shot once a month. The doctors and techs here care a lot about the quality of life of your animals. Once she gets her shot, she is back to normal. The doctors are so kind and sweet, and they state things very simply. They work to help keep my 9 year old baby’s quality of life great. I have been coming to Animal Care Clinic of Randall Point for several years now and recommend them highly. The whole staff are very concerned about my pets and care for them dearly. If I have questions and concerns about my pets, they answer my questions and make sure I understand completely what is going on with them. The doctors follow up with me a few days later to make sure everything is working well with my pets. Dr. Adam and the entire staff are true professionals.  Our dog, Rosie, was cared for with such respect.  From the moment we arrived, our experience was always wonderful.  When we had to put her down, which was so difficult, Dr. Adam and his staff went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible during such a sad time.  We are getting a puppy in September and will be clients again. TL;DR - Beware of the hidden costs! We made an appointment for boarding here for the first time, and made sure that all of our records were faxed over. I called a week before we were going to drop him off to make sure they got all the records and everything was in order and up to date, and was told that everything was there and looked great! Upon arrival we were told we needed a fecal test and an influenza vaccination, which was $75! I told them that I called to confirm everything was up to date, and I was told that they should have told me, but that he had to have these done in order to stay there. We were leaving that morning, so it was too late to go somewhere else.We were called once during his four day stay - they told us that he seemed anxious and his paws were a little red, so they had started him on antibiotics and a mild sedative to call him down. They told me that they would keep me updated and call if anything else was needed. They never called again - but upon picking him up, my bill was $264! The boarding was $98, and the unexpected tests when we dropped him off were $75 - so where did the extra $90 come from?? Well apparently there were quite a few others things that had happened that was not conveyed to me, including a cyst continually rupturing on his toe causing quite a bit of bleeding. So, we were charged for five separate medications, only two of which we were told about. AND we were charged for 2 Medications that the Vet himself told me were NEVER even used for my dog. And then, they wouldn't refund us, only give us a credit on our account for our next service! We would never go back here based on this experience!!!Had they called and kept us informed of what was going on, we would have definitely told them to do what was necessary and right for our dog - but they didn't. We also would have cut our trip short as he was bleeding and terrified!My dog has stayed at a different place approximately 20 times before we moved, and he has never needed any medications or sedatives. He has never been anxious!Edit - The office manager (Tina) called and was very nice and apologetic, and did put the refund through for the medication that was not used. We have just moved to the area and our 10 year old Mini Longhaired Dachshund, Miss WIGGLES, had developed 2 rather large Kidney Stones, and she needed surgery. They perfomed the surgery and she is on the mend.The staff hers is awesome and we will go no where else. Dr. Adam and his team are the best. We have two dogs that we bring there for anything from regular annual check ups to surgeries and they always take great care of our dogs. He always take the time to make sure we understand everything instead of rushing you out the door like other vets I've been to like to do. We have been coming to this clinic since 2008. We had moved out of state for a couple of years and just recently started bringing our Chihuahua, Emma Lee back. About five weeks ago she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and  has pretty bad knees. Although our favorite veterinarian is no longer there we started seeing Dr. Phillips, we think he is the cat's meow. He is so sweet with our little girl and so caring. I can't say enough about the quality of care my 4 dogs receive at animal care clinic! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the veterinarians have a lot of knowledge, care and concern for my pups. My dogs are at different stages in life. I never feel dismissed or rushed when I am there. I don't even know where to start! We are former Dundee Animal Hospital Patients. I won't make this about how disappointing that was. :-( My sister and My Pastor referred me to Animal Care Clinic when my anxiety rose. From the moment we walked in to Animal Care Clinic to get a second opinion on Baxter's(Chocolate Lab) Leg we were hooked! EVERYONE that we have interacted with has been a joy to deal with! We see different doctor's and each one is just as caring and kind as the last! His leg (ACL tear) is healed and he is doing well. They have given us remedies for his arthritis, and finally his skin allergies have been addressed in a way that works! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this clinic! Dr. Adam is an amazing vet who listens to pet owners, returns phone calls personally and incorporates standard veterinary medicine with holistic and preventative care. I called this morning because Maximus threw up and was not acting right. I need a second opinion after his hospital stay for pneumonia. Dr. Caitlin Goeres has been wonderful in treating our dog Juno who is a 2 year old Beagle for severe separation anxiety. She has even called our home to check up on Juno to see how she is adjusting to things such as a crate, as well as how her medication is helping her. Juno was a rescue from a shelter who has severe separation anxiety with a crate, as well as when I leave the house with my husband and grown sons! There is a good possibility that the previous owner might of used the crate for punishment for her or something really bad happened to her in one, that has brought all of this one. Dr. Gentile took the time to evaluate her and listen to what I was explaining to her when I took Juno in for a visit, after destroying carpeting from a anxiety issue inside of the crate, when the tray underneath came out from under her. With the help of Dr. Gentile and medication as well as dog obedience classes things are getting better for our dog. She still has a long way to go, but I know we are on the right track with the proper treatment for her. We can't thank you enough Dr. Gentile!Read Less

We recently received some horrible news about our dog Hank. Everyone at Animal Care Clinic were very professional yet extremely sympathetic to the tough decision we had to make. The day we said good bye to Hank was extremely hard for both my husband and I but the entire staff helped us through it. Not only the day if but then we get a card in the mail today. Thank you for taking care of us and most importantly, Hank. Hank's Story He was part of Sadie's litter and hand picked by me after we saw that he was the only tri-color. We quickly noticed that he was beyond breed standards but never did we think that definition would go past his actual size. His official AKC name is Hard Hunting Hank and that he was. He will be missed but there are no regrets. He gave us many memories and we gave him our hearts. We have many memories...with pictures to prove it. We have hunting stories...with birds to prove it.
