I CAN NOT say one bad word about this place. I read the great reviews and decided to drive from Sycamore Illinois to them about a half hour away. I have 2 vets in Sycamore and both suck. They are reasonable on prices, very compassionate, and extremely kind. I drove a half hour with a litter of 7 puppies and I'm glad I did. It was a challenge but so worth it. They charged me half what my vets here in Sycamore were going to charge for puppy shots and treated us like human beings. I highly recommend Cleveland veterinary clinic to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and kindly. Next time I went to see them I took my 1 and a half year old olde english bulldogge in because he was sick. I took him in to the vet near me for the same reason a few months before and they didn't seem to care. Cleveland veterinary really is helping him get better and figured out what the issue with him the Vet even called to check on him to see how he was doing. I'm beyond happy with my decision to go to them.

I can't say enough about Cleveland Vet Clinic! I brought in my senior cat for a check up after 10+ years without a vet visit. I never felt judged for my lack of visits, and all of the vets we worked with put both me and my nervous cat at ease. I felt like they were really concerned about my cat's condition, not just trying to get us in and out of the office. Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending the clinic to all pet owners I know!

I was referred to Cleveland by my petsitter. My first visit to the clinic was on 1/25/18. My hamster was sick and I called the clinic to see if the small animal vet was available late afternoon. Luckily a vet was available. I was impressed with the clinic when I walked in. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. As it turned out, my hamster had to be put down. I had a feeling that was the route we were going. Dr. Robbins was very sympathetic toward the decision to let him go. She explained the procedure and cost involved. I told her I have three other pets and will be transferring to her clinic soon. I received a sympathy card in the mail from Cleveland. The card was a very thoughtful gesture. I look forward to visiting the office soon.

Dr. Maloney has been our dog's veterinarian for the last eleven years. Five years ago we moved out of state. After a year of trying several vets, we decided to make the trip back to Illinois for our dog. Our dog is more comfortable with her. She takes care of animals as if they were her own. Can't find a veterinarian who regards animals such as she. Her clinic is more than a business to her. Her staff is well chosen. Wouldn't go anywhere else and glad we came back.

Dr. Maloney was very caring in the process as well as the entire staff and Cuddles is doing just fine. Four years ago, my husband, myself and our dog moved from Illinois to Wisconsin. When you move a far distance, everything changes. You have to find new services. We tried a vet in our town, however, the personalize service just wasn't there. One day, we noticed a cyst on our dog's left eye lid. When we took him to the local vet, she immediately set up a date for surgery. (The estimated cost was from $700-$1000.) We never put a price tag on health, however, we wanted a second opinion before we put our dog through surgery. We called Dr. Maloney who was Jack's doctor since he was born and we received an appointment the very same day. Dr. Maloney took one look at Jack's eyelid and confirmed it was a cyst. However, she asked if we had time that day and said when she was done with her appointments, she could remove the cyst by laser which is less intrusive and heals much quicker. We assured her we had the time. Jack was happy to see his friend, Dr. Maloney. What a relief to come back to veterinarian who is so carrying. By the way, our bill was one fifth the charge we given by the Wisconsin vet. We now travel 100 miles when Jack needs attention and his annual physical. IT IS SO WORTH THE TRIP.

Cleveland Veterinary Clinic offers the most professional, clean, loving, patient and kind services. Dr. Maloney has been my vet for years and I can't say enough good things about her. She is the most honest doctor you will ever speak with in concerns you have for your pet. They are extremely up to date on all the new products, services and offer less invasive surgeries. And they now have a wonderful vet to care for pocket pets too!

I love bringing my two Bulldogs here. I'm always in and out and the staff is so friendly. My previous vet continuously insisted I do allergy testing on my dog even though I wanted to keep him on the current medication that he's on (which is the only thing that controls it) when there was a chance the allergy shots wouldn't help. I expressed my concerns to Dr.Robbins and she said that I indeed could keep him on the meds that I wanted to keep him on, I'd just have to get his blood tested yearly to make sure there weren't any problems. I appreciate all help the staff and Dr.Robbins have given me and my dogs.

I would highly recommend Cleveland Veterinary Clinic! Last night (Friday-July 1st) the dog we recently adopted did not do so well with fireworks. Worried about the safety and mental stress we wanted to get her in to see a vet right away; but thought it would be hard to find a clinic that would accept us on a holiday weekend and Saturday morning! Luckily for us this clinic is minutes away from our house and could get us in right away! Dr Williams and Tech Erin were very helpful and wonderful with our dog! During this visit we were also able to get her annual checkup, shots and medication to help with the fireworks this weekend! While checking out i was slightly worried about cost but when told the total i was happily surprised with how reasonable the cost was compared to other vets i have been to in the past! I will definitely be returning in the future for all my veterinary needs with my two dogs!

We LOVE the staff here!! All of the ladies are amazing from the ladies at the desk to the nurses to the boarding staff/vet techs and the doctors. Our bengals see Dr. Maloney. She is wonderful!! She is kind, gentle, caring, and thorough. You can tell she honestly cares about you animals as if they were her own. As does all of the staff there. We have also boarded our cats there now several times. They take great care of them and give them the love and care we really need them to get (and that they deserve!) :)I would suggest Cleveland Vet Clinic to everyone. It's a great place!!

My boyfriend and I took our cat here for the first time and were very happy that we chose this as our new vet clinic. The staff and vet (Dr. Vlakancic) were very friendly and took the time to answer all of the questions we had. The vet and techs were patient and gentle with our nervous cat and didn't rush through the exam or giving vaccines. Their prices are affordable and no one pressures you into buying something you don't need, they let you know what they recommend specifically for your pet and what is optional based on your pet's lifestyle. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for a good quality vet with reasonable prices. We will definately continue to use this clinic for all of our cat's medical needs!

We've really had good experiences with Dr Maloney and CVC. Our family has been going to Dr Maloney for a long time and loves her. Now my wife and I have brought our pooch there to be spayed and for some other basic things. The prices are reasonable and the people are kind; more than that, our dog Piper healed much faster than expected from her surgery and didn't even need a cone; for all she knew, she was good to go within a couple of days. We're very thankful to have found a good Vet, even if we have to drive a long ways to get to her.

She really knows what she is doing (been right about all my pets!) and demonstrates genuine care and concern with each animal. Amazing place!!!

I can't say enough about Cleveland Vet Clinic! I brought in my senior cat for a check up after 10+ years without a vet visit. I never felt judged for my lack of visits, and all of the vets we worked with put both me and my nervous cat at ease. I felt like they were really concerned about my cat's condition, not just trying to get us in and out of the office. Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending the clinic to all pet owners I know!

I was referred to Cleveland by my petsitter. My first visit to the clinic was on 1/25/18. My hamster was sick and I called the clinic to see if the small animal vet was available late afternoon. Luckily a vet was available. I was impressed with the clinic when I walked in. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. As it turned out, my hamster had to be put down. I had a feeling that was the route we were going. Dr. Robbins was very sympathetic toward the decision to let him go. She explained the procedure and cost involved. I told her I have three other pets and will be transferring to her clinic soon. I received a sympathy card in the mail from Cleveland. The card was a very thoughtful gesture. I look forward to visiting the office soon.

Dr. Maloney has been our dog's veterinarian for the last eleven years. Five years ago we moved out of state. After a year of trying several vets, we decided to make the trip back to Illinois for our dog. Our dog is more comfortable with her. She takes care of animals as if they were her own. Can't find a veterinarian who regards animals such as she. Her clinic is more than a business to her. Her staff is well chosen. Wouldn't go anywhere else and glad we came back.

Four years ago, my husband, myself and our dog moved from Illinois to Wisconsin. When you move a far distance, everything changes. You have to find new services. We tried a vet in our town, however, the personalize service just wasn't there. One day, we noticed a cyst on our dog's left eye lid. When we took him to the local vet, she immediately set up a date for surgery. (The estimated cost was from $700-$1000.) We never put a price tag on health, however, we wanted a second opinion before we put our dog through surgery. We called Dr. Maloney who was Jack's doctor since he was born and we received an appointment the very same day. Dr. Maloney took one look at Jack's eyelid and confirmed it was a cyst. However, she asked if we had time that day and said when she was done with her appointments, she could remove the cyst by laser which is less intrusive and heals much quicker. We assured her we had the time. Jack was happy to see his friend, Dr. Maloney. What a relief to come back to veterinarian who is so carrying. By the way, our bill was one fifth the charge we given by the Wisconsin vet. We now travel 100 miles when Jack needs attention and his annual physical. IT IS SO WORTH THE TRIP.

She is the most honest doctor you will ever speak with in concerns you have for your pet. They are extremely up to date on all the new products, services and offer less invasive surgeries. I love bringing my two Bulldogs here. I'm always in and out and the staff is so friendly. My previous vet continuously insisted I do allergy testing on my dog even though I wanted to keep him on the current medication that he's on (which is the only thing that controls it) when there was a chance the allergy shots wouldn't help. I expressed my concerns to Dr.Robbins and she said that I indeed could keep him on the meds that I wanted to keep him on, I'd just have to get his blood tested yearly to make sure there weren't any problems. I appreciate all help the staff and Dr.Robbins have given me and my dogs.

I would highly recommend Cleveland Veterinary Clinic! Last night (Friday-July 1st) the dog we recently adopted did not do so well with fireworks. Worried about the safety and mental stress we wanted to get her in to see a vet right away; but thought it would be hard to find a clinic that would accept us on a holiday weekend and Saturday morning! Luckily for us this clinic is minutes away from our house and could get us in right away! Dr Williams and Tech Erin were very helpful and wonderful with our dog! During this visit we were also able to get her annual checkup, shots and medication to help with the fireworks this weekend! While checking out i was slightly worried about cost but when told the total i was happily surprised with how reasonable the cost was compared to other vets i have been to in the past! I will definitely be returning in the future for all my veterinary needs with my two dogs!

We LOVE the staff here!! All of the ladies are amazing from the ladies at the desk to the nurses to the boarding staff/vet techs and the doctors. Our bengals see Dr. Maloney. She is wonderful!! She is kind, gentle, caring, and thorough. You can tell she honestly cares about you animals as if they were her own. As does all of the staff there. We have also boarded our cats there now several times. They take great care of them and give them the love and care we really need them to get (and that they deserve!) :)I would suggest Cleveland Vet Clinic to everyone. It's a great place!!

My boyfriend and I took our cat here for the first time and were very happy that we chose this as our new vet clinic. The staff and vet (Dr. Vlakancic) were very friendly and took the time to answer all of the questions we had. The vet and techs were patient and gentle with our nervous cat and didn't rush through the exam or giving vaccines. Their prices are affordable and no one pressures you into buying something you don't need, they let you know what they recommend specifically for your pet and what is optional based on your pet's lifestyle. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for a good quality vet with reasonable prices. We will definately continue to use this clinic for all of our cat's medical needs!

We've really had good experiences with Dr Maloney and CVC. Our family has been going to Dr Maloney for a long time and loves her. Now my wife and I have brought our pooch there to be spayed and for some other basic things. The prices are reasonable and the people are kind; more than that, our dog Piper healed much faster than expected from her surgery and didn't even need a cone; for all she knew, she was good to go within a couple of days. We're very thankful to have found a good Vet, even if we have to drive a long ways to get to her.
