Dr. Pruss is an excellent veterinarian! Very thorough, compassionate and highly-skilled! I brought my cat in and got a biopsy done on a questionable lump and the entire staff was friendly, warm, and communicative. I highly recommend this place, I was very pleased that everybody went above and beyond to accomodate me and my cat Baby! Thanks to Dr Pruss she's recovering nicely:)

The veterinarians and staff here are extremely attentive, skilled and knowledgeable. I came to this office in crisis---another vet office recommended we put our cat to sleep because he was very ill with diabetes. I couldn't bear it and took him home instead and called this office for a second opinion. They got us in immediately (one hour after I called) and began treating my cat and it did not cost a fraction of what the other office told us it was going to cost, and it is a highly treatable condition (he's still with us and now in remission). Dr. Pruss is amazing with her knowledge of diabetes and immediately put me at ease about our cat's condition. Also, I have had experience with Dr. Gebhard and Dr. Griffith for both my cat and two goldens. Every time I call to ask a worried question. . they call me back and spend whatever time I need discussing the issue. . even on New Year's Eve when my cat had a low blood sugar crisis. They always get me in for an appointment quickly as well. I am very happy we switched our vet care to this office and feel we are getting the best from kind and caring family veterinarians.

We have been coming here for a few years now. Recently our cat was diagnosed with a rare cancerous tumor on his mouth. Thankfully it was encapsulated and didn't need more than a removal surgery. While it was a fairly simple procedure, my hats off to Dr. Ammon and the entire team at both locations. They treat our animals like their own, providing care, love and personable feedback to the pet parents. I know and trust them 100%. I feel the value for what we pay is well worth it and do not feel as though I am being overcharged even by a penny. I enthusiastically encourage everyone to bring their pets here. We just love them!

We've been clients for over 5 years now and the staff members here are just beyond excellent! They see both our 3 cats and 2 dogs, and I recommend them to everyone looking for a vet. Dr. Pruss has always been very kind and is wonderful with our furkids, very open and answers all of our questions. Dr. Sage has also been so wonderful. They've been there for us even during emergencies and have never been judgemental. They take their time, really connect, and remember; they don't just rush you out the door and onto the next client. I can't recommend them enough.

He and his associate doctors are highly skilled and keep up with the latest in veterinary medicine. The BEST vet clinic around. We have taken our chocolate lab there for years. Dr. Pruss is honestly SOOO great with our dog. He had some back problems and she came up with a plan to try and get him back on track without surgery first given his age and it paid off! He's back to our usual loving, active lab again and we didn't have to put him through the pain of a surgery at such an old age or us through the significant expense. It's great to find providers that are looking out for your dogs long term quality of life in looking at options for treatment. Highly recommended.

I walked in without my cat and briefly told of symptoms I thought were urinary infection for my cat. I've had this issue in the past where that he had urgency, came to me complaining, and licking himself. At another vet they recommended x-rays, looking for kidney stones, and blood work. For which I complied. I understood the necessity at the time even though I had my suspicion it was infection that all he needed was antibiotics. Sure enough it was just a urinary infection so antibiotics was all he needed at that time. For that reason I decided not to go back to Valley because I think by the symptoms they should have been able to save me at least $300+ by at least starting with antibiotics and if that didn't help then do X-rays and blood work. At this time the symptoms are not as bad, but due to my experience I know it is most likely the start of another infection. Animal House said because it's been two years they need to do the X-ray and blood work before even seeing the cat or taking his temp and it's just over $400 up front. We've brought other pets here and spent $$$ paid in full at the time of service. If they take the cats temp and it is elevated I'd go along with their suggestion on the spot, but they said this without even seeing the cat. He's eating, no temp, no urgency in urinating. It is again based on my past experience as a precaution before it really becomes problematic. They won't work with you if your on a budget FYI.

Dr. Sage and the group at Animal House have helped me in so many ways with my Rhodesian Ridgeback. Where other vets have missed certain details and misdiagnosed my dog, Dr. Sage has helped me keep my best friend happy and healthy! He has identified specific skin issues, allergy issues, and has helped me keeping my dog's paws in good health in extreme conditions like heat and ice.
I couldn't recommend this veterinary practice more for taking care of all of your pets. They offer impeccable services and the most accurate diagnoses of your beloved pets!

Animal House is hands-down the best veterinary service that I have ever used, and my family has had many pets over the past years. The doctors are incredibly compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They never hurry your appointment - you always get the feeling that they are really listening to your concerns. We have primarily had appointments with Dr. Ammon, who is wonderful. I am always amazed because he always remembers us, our pets, and their medical issues.The admin staff and assistants are all friendly and responsive. They also reply to e-mail messages promptly, which is a plus in this busy day & age. I have also left phone messages for various doctors, and they have always called me back personally to help me with my concerns. They have an on-call 24/7 service that I have used a few times, and even though the issues were not real major, the on-call doctor returned my calls quickly. I even had an issue one Christmas Eve, and the doctor called me back despite the fact it was a holiday, and took time to help me.We have unfortunately had two pets put down over the past few years, and the Animal House docs were an absolute key factor in bringing dignity and peace into the process. They cried with us, listened to our memories that we shared, and let us sit in the room as long as we needed to. It is obvious how much they care not only for their clients but for the pets as well.They are a little more expensive than other hospitals, but I feel it is absolutely 100% worth it for the quality of care received. Highly recommended.

My husband and I always have such a great experience here, from the tech's to reception! Jenna (one of the techs) who I've known for years is the absolute best, always answering my 50 questions with patience and knowledge. Our Pitbull Skye has been suffering with horrible allergies and they have all been the best at helping us find the root of the issue and even referred us to a great dermatologist. The veterinarians and staff here are extremely attentive, skilled and knowledgeable. I came to this office in crisis---another vet office recommended we put our cat to sleep because he was very ill with diabetes. I couldn't bear it and took him home instead and called this office for a second opinion. They got us in immediately (one hour after I called) and began treating my cat and it did not cost a fraction of what the other office told us it was going to cost, and it is a highly treatable condition (he's still with us and now in remission). Dr. Pruss is amazing with her knowledge of diabetes and immediately put me at ease about our cat's condition. Also, I have had experience with Dr. Gebhard and Dr. Griffith for both my cat and two goldens. Every time I call to ask a worried question. . they call me back and spend whatever time I need discussing the issue. . even on New Year's Eve when my cat had a low blood sugar crisis. They always get me in for an appointment quickly as well. I am very happy we switched our vet care to this office and feel we are getting the best from kind and caring family veterinarians.

We have been coming here for a few years now. Recently our cat was diagnosed with a rare cancerous tumor on his mouth. Thankfully it was encapsulated and didn't need more than a removal surgery. While it was a fairly simple procedure, my hats off to Dr. Ammon and the entire team at both locations. They treat our animals like their own, providing care, love and personable feedback to the pet parents. I know and trust them 100%. I feel the value for what we pay is well worth it and do not feel as though I am being overcharged even by a penny. I enthusiastically encourage everyone to bring their pets here. We just love them!

We've been clients for over 5 years now and the staff members here are just beyond excellent! They see both our 3 cats and 2 dogs, and I recommend them to everyone looking for a vet. Dr. Pruss has always been very kind and is wonderful with our furkids, very open and answers all of our questions. Dr. Sage has also been so wonderful. They've been there for us even during emergencies and have never been judgemental. They take their time, really connect, and remember; they don't just rush you out the door and onto the next client. I can't recommend them enough.

The BEST vet clinic around. We have taken our chocolate lab there for years. Dr. Pruss is honestly SOOO great with our dog. He had some back problems and she came up with a plan to try and get him back on track without surgery first given his age and it paid off! He's back to our usual loving, active lab again and we didn't have to put him through the pain of a surgery at such an old age or us through the significant expense. It's great to find providers that are looking out for your dogs long term quality of life in looking at options for treatment. Highly recommended.

I walked in without my cat and briefly told of symptoms I thought were urinary infection for my cat. I've had this issue in the past where that he had urgency, came to me complaining, and licking himself. At another vet they recommended x-rays, looking for kidney stones, and blood work. For which I complied. I understood the necessity at the time even though I had my suspicion it was infection that all he needed was antibiotics. Sure enough it was just a urinary infection so antibiotics was all he needed at that time. For that reason I decided not to go back to Valley because I think by the symptoms they should have been able to save me at least $300+ by at least starting with antibiotics and if that didn't help then do X-rays and blood work. At this time the symptoms are not as bad, but due to my experience I know it is most likely the start of another infection. Animal House said because it's been two years they need to do the X-ray and blood work before even seeing the cat or taking his temp and it's just over $400 up front. We've brought other pets here and spent $$$ paid in full at the time of service. If they take the cats temp and it is elevated I'd go along with their suggestion on the spot, but they said this without even seeing the cat. He's eating, no temp, no urgency in urinating. It is again based on my past experience as a precaution before it really becomes problematic. They won't work with you if your on a budget FYI.

Where other vets have missed certain details and misdiagnosed my dog, Dr. Sage has helped me keep my best friend happy and healthy! He has identified specific skin issues, allergy issues, and has helped me keeping my dog's paws in good health in extreme conditions like heat and ice.
I couldn't recommend this veterinary practice more for taking care of all of your pets. They offer impeccable services and the most accurate diagnoses of your beloved pets!

Animal House is hands-down the best veterinary service that I have ever used, and my family has had many pets over the past years. The doctors are incredibly compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. They never hurry your appointment - you always get the feeling that they are really listening to your concerns. We have primarily had appointments with Dr. Ammon, who is wonderful. I am always amazed because he always remembers us, our pets, and their medical issues.The admin staff and assistants are all friendly and responsive. They also reply to e-mail messages promptly, which is a plus in this busy day & age. I have also left phone messages for various doctors, and they have always called me back personally to help me with my concerns. They have an on-call 24/7 service that I have used a few times, and even though the issues were not real major, the on-call doctor returned my calls quickly. I even had an issue one Christmas Eve, and the doctor called me back despite the fact it was a holiday, and took time to help me.We have unfortunately had two pets put down over the past few years, and the Animal House docs were an absolute key factor in bringing dignity and peace into the process. They cried with us, listened to our memories that we shared, and let us sit in the room as long as we needed to. It is obvious how much they care not only for their clients but for the pets as well.They are a little more expensive than other hospitals, but I feel it is absolutely 100% worth it for the quality of care received. Highly recommended.
