Jennifer at the front desk is so nice and professional. I am new to the area and out of all the vet clinics I contacted, Jennifer treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. She was very thorough with any questions I had about my dog. It was at this point where I knew I wanted my dog To be established at their clinic. There was an episode where a man was frustrated about his pet and took his anger out on Jennifer since she worked the front desk. Jennifer not once got rude or yelled back. Instead she continued to do her job professionally. I commend her for that. She handled the situation well. She really portrays kindness when it comes to customer service.

The staff is very competent and good at dealing with humans and all manner of critters. The Vets are very empathetic, knowledgeable and try to help make treatment affordable.

I had to take my shih tzu in and they were amazing with me and her. I was hysterical thinking I was going to have to put her down. Sadie girl is better than ever now. Thanks to Lashley's

I can only write this for stars because I have not used their Veterinary Services. I found a stray cat, which has obviously been a pet, and took it into them to see if anybody recognized it. They checked to see if it had a chip, it did not, and they seemed very concerned. I told them the story about the cat, they took all of my information, and were glad to do it in case somebody called to see if somebody had found this cat. They did seem very caring. Looks like a good place to go.

Jennifer at the front desk is so nice and professional. I am new to the area and out of all the vet clinics I contacted, Jennifer treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. I can only write this for stars because I have not used their Veterinary Services. I found a stray cat, which has obviously been a pet, and took it into them to see if anybody recognized it. They checked to see if it had a chip, it did not, and they seemed very concerned.
