Jennifer at the front desk is so nice and professional. I am new to the area and out of all the vet clinics I contacted, Jennifer treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. She was very thorough with any questions I had about my dog. It was at this point where I knew I wanted my dog To be established at their clinic. There was an episode where a man was frustrated about his pet and took his anger out on Jennifer since she worked the front desk. Jennifer not once got rude or yelled back. I can only write this for stars because I have not used their Veterinary Services. I found a stray cat, which has obviously been a pet, and took it into them to see if anybody recognized it. They checked to see if it had a chip, it did not, and they seemed very concerned. I told them the story about the cat, they took all of my information, and were glad to do it in case somebody called to see if somebody had found this cat. They did seem very caring.
