I was grateful that they have a walk-in service but i still called at 8am to make sure i could bring my cat in who had come home limping the night before and his eye drainage was getting worse. They told me around 9am is always a good time since that's usually not a busy time. As so, I arrived around 9am with two people & dogs in front of me who were there to get groomed and shots. Got into a room within 10 minutes and my cat got his exam and diagnosis within 20 minutes so we were out by 9:30 which was just in time for me to get home, eat, and be at work by 11am. They are a small office with limited rooms but the customer service and staff are just a delight. At $25 for a look-over/exam/whatever you want to call it and around $20 for an antibiotic I was super glad for such a good find. I'm thankful that I read the reviews and found that it was right down the street from my job and that I was able to get my cat in and out without having to be late for work. Read Less

I started going here a year ago. Do not need to make an appointment. Never have to wait long. It's clean, people are nice and friendly. They care about your pets. I love the Doctor. You don't have to worry about spending an outrageous amount of money. They are reasonably priced and have always resolved my pets issues. I highly recommend! Read Less
