I saw this was one of the few vets that looked after exotic animals. I called to make an appointment for my ball python. Unfortunately, the vets that took care of reptiles were out of town and they wouldn't be able to see my baby for another week.  The woman on the phone was amazing. Instead of making the appointment and just hanging up (as many folks would do), she instead took the time to give me several referrals so that my baby could be seen. They put my animal's health before their business. She was patient, kind, and took time that she didn't have to to help me and my pet family. I will definitely be visiting them in person soon! Dr. Valenti is by far the most honest, kind, intelligent vet I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He has taken care of all my doggies since 1995 and never once have I been dissatisfied. My Pomeranian Ozzie was recently showing signs of not being himself and within less than 2 weeks we had a diagnosis and now he's back to being my happy little boy. Dr. Valenti and his staff always make it a great experience, make me feel comfortable and are so kind to my animals it makes me feel safe leaving there health in all of their hands. Our Jack Russell/Beagle mix has had a variety of health issues: ear infections, torn pad, digestive problems, and an injury when attacked by another dog.  Drs. Valenti and Kelleher have been wonderful in treating her and maintaining her good health.  Appointments are easy to make, and the staff is attentive and obviously cares about animals.  We would highly recommend taking your four legged children to them. Family Pet Clinic has been my preferred place for veterinary services for 15 years and they have always treated my pets and others I've seen with kindness and consideration. My family has taken around a half-dozen cats here for medical visits, each time to return our precious pets to full health. In the past few years, we've had to put several of our cats to sleep. My family has been taking our pets here for years. Both Dr. Kelliher & Dr. Valenti are wonderful. They have taken excellent care of both our rabbit and our dog. When our dog was diagnosed with separation anxiety a different vet only recommended doggie xanex. When it didn't work they told me to give her more, but Dr. Valenti took the time to work with me on behavior adjustment and other alternatives (that ended up working) without needing pills. I recently moved much farther away, but it's still worth the extra time to take my animals back to a reliable vet. Read Less

Dr. Kelleher is such a wonderful vet. She is very caring and friendly, and our dog is comfortable with her. The office is clean and the entire staff have always been very nice and willing to answer all of our questions (and I usually have a lot).So far, it has been easy to get appointments that agree with our work schedules, and we have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for the doctor.Highly recommend this vet. Our cats have gone to Family Pet Clinic for many years.  The professionals there are kind and deeply concerned for the pets they treat.  The quality preventive exams and shots, etc. have definitely made out pets healthier.  Their rates are very reasonable; therefore, I highly recommend them to any caring pet owner.
