I started going to Dr.Karasek thirteen years ago. Our pet had torn a ligament and could not walk. We were introduced to her through a friend and have never looked back. We life in Grayslake and will always make the extra trip. Why? She cares for our dogs. Calls them by name and is extremely thorough. You can tell she loves what she does. She does not over sell, and you always get a straight forward answer when you ask. I have tried other Vets in our area. After five attempts, I will no longer even try. She is second to none. She performs the surgury herself which makes a bifg difference in cost and care after surgury. Other Vets will assist the Surgeon and charge you for it. I could not say enough about how satisfied we are and all three of our dogs go to her now.

Very caring,loving and concern for you and your pet!The facility is neat and clean.The Doctor and staff take a personal interest in you and your animals. I have two dogs and a cat, we have had our share of emergencies and siturations all of which were handled with great care.The exams are very comprehensive and the explinations clear. My pets are very much at ease when they come in for visits. I have moved from the area but I will not change my Vet.It is no problem to drive back because I know the quality of care that we receive is Execllant. We have been clients of Dr. Karasak for about ten years, and I know that my "babies" have the best Veterinary Team making sure that they healthy and will live a long life.
