They are the BEST. When my dog turned Ill I called five vets in the afternoon and none of them would see him. Dr. Kreese and Lisa welcomed him with open arms even tho they had añ appointment scheduled...
They are the BEST. When my dog turned Ill I called five vets in the afternoon and none of them would see him. Dr. Kreese and Lisa welcomed him with open arms even tho they had añ appointment scheduled to be at. He was treated as if he was Docs own dog even tho he was new. Dr. Kreese will definitely be our NEW VET

Doc and Lisa have always been wonderful. We've been taking our dogs and cats to them for years. Doc saved my cat's life when it was, from what I understand, nearly impossible.

I discovered Virgil Vet after our dog had a seizure at night. The clinic I had been going to would only refer you to the Vet ER clinics an hour away. When we called, it was after hours, but Dr. Kres...
I discovered Virgil Vet after our dog had a seizure at night. The clinic I had been going to would only refer you to the Vet ER clinics an hour away. When we called, it was after hours, but Dr. Kresse was still there. He waited for us and took care of our dog when we arrived. I switched all of our business to Virgil Vet. I have been a client since 2009. If your pet needs care beyond what he can do for you, he will not run up tests, he will refer you to where you need to go. Conversely, he has done some amazing McGiver medicine on one of my foster dogs. If you want a boutique-y vet clinic - this is not the place for you. If you want affordable, honest, quality, compassionate care - this IS the place for you.
