To the idiot who put one star because they charged him $35 for a first time visit, you know they usually charge $65 for first visit right? Youre too lazy to cut your own dogs nails, so you whine and cry when you get charged for visiting a new place for the first time. Do some research first. This place is and always has been amazing to all its customers, furry or not.

WILLOW BROOK VET has been our go to place for my dogs since my first bichon who lived till 17. It is definitely an our family treating your family kind of place, and I recommend both doctors highly. They are patient with the human and kind with the animal, never too busy to listen to contextual issues as well as symptoms, and able and willing to explain medical issues in a way consumers can understand. I cannot imagine submitting my animals for treatment anywhere else.

Fantastic, compassionate vets that treat my fur babies as their own. Dr. Lopiccolo and Dr. Bishop are incredibly intelligent and no-nonsense. When hard choices had to be made I was presented with current information and practices, and then given options that worked best for my pet and me. During routine visits the doctors always make my pets comfortable. Visits are never rushed, they are as short, or as long as they need to be. I'm extremely happy with the level of care provided to my fur babies here!

I just moved to the area and needed a vet for my two dogs. I'm glad I found WillowGrove pet clinic. The Dr. took the time to listen to me about my dogs health history. Nice people there and no UPSELL. I actually walked out of another vet in Downers Grove because all they wanted was to sell me a bunch of treatments that my dogs did not need.

We just got back from Willowgrove pet clinic and saw dr bishop and his vet tech laura. it was our first experience and we chose this facility because it is so close to our home. We are pet sitting my sister's dog when suddenly my daughter noticed the dog needed medical attention. i called the clinic and they were able to take us right away on a friday evening at 430! Dr bishop was very attentive and took his time to get to know our nervous patient. He took care of the problem immediately and we were pleasanlty surprised with the cost of service. We will always recommend and use dr bishop and this local clinic. we had a wonderful experiene and dr bishop is so nice~

NEVER go here!! Not friendly at all! No help and over charged me for absolutely no reason! I came in the get my dogs nails clipped ($15 at Petsmart) they charge me $25 and while they clip his nails there talking saying he's licking his feet he may have allergies. I say ok what does that mean, and she said I should pick up some benadryl somewhere. That was all, they charges an additional $36 claiming that was a brief exam!! It was a 2 sentence conversation! Also it was my first time there. Do not go here!

Dr. Bishop is about as good as it gets when it comes to Vets. He runs this practice along with his wife. Although small, this place never feels lacking. The staff is knowlegable and capable. There is ample parking, I never feel rushed, and they don't over-book.

WILLOW BROOK VET has been our go to place for my dogs since my first bichon who lived till 17. It is definitely an our family treating your family kind of place, and I recommend both doctors highly. Fantastic, compassionate vets that treat my fur babies as their own. Dr. Lopiccolo and Dr. Bishop are incredibly intelligent and no-nonsense. When hard choices had to be made I was presented with current information and practices, and then given options that worked best for my pet and me. During routine visits the doctors always make my pets comfortable. Visits are never rushed, they are as short, or as long as they need to be. We just got back from Willowgrove pet clinic and saw dr bishop and his vet tech laura. it was our first experience and we chose this facility because it is so close to our home.
