I recently moved into the area from out of state and my German short hair got a pretty nasty cut. I needed a vet that would help quickly. They saw him immediately, stitched him up, updated his vaccinations, and were able to sell me flee and tick guard, along with his antibiotics and pain medicine. They worked with my tight schedule and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Not to mention it actually smelled pretty nice in there. 😉

My little 8 yr old Yorkie mix developed an eye infection that would not respond to home remedy, so I took him to the Hartland Vet Clinic where we met Dr. Shannon and her fine staff. And I'm so glad we did. The problem was more serious than I thought. Dr. Moore diagnosed the situation, provided the proper medication and treatment and Gizmo is back to normal again. And I'm happy that I found a good vet for Gizmo.

We have a 2 year old female Wheaton Terrier that has been seen by Dr. Shannon since we brought her home. Dr. Shannon and the Heartland staff have been wonderful to us and our fur baby. We had tummy troubles early on with our pup and they were able to help us change food instead of jumping into something more medical like pills. We have called and had same day appointments which has put our first time puppy parent minds at ease. Dr. Shannon is so sweet and kind to our little girl and takes the time to make sure we understand what is going on, what procedure is needed and what follow up care is going to be. We've never felt rushed in an appointment and she has often been able to do many labs while we wait, which is great. We've recommended Heartland Vet to many friends in the area who all have enjoyed their care and professional treatment of their pets.

Dr. Shannon is hands down the best vet I have ever gone to. She saved me a ton of money and saved my dog a lot of pain when he was misdiagnosed at another vet's office closer to my home. The vet office I used to go to told me my dog needed two very expensive and physically tasking knee surgeries (especially for an older dog) without ever doing any x rays. When I took him into Hartland vet clinic for a second opinion Dr. Shannon told me his knees weren't in terrible shape and that he would feel much better after a non steroidal pain medication shot. It worked and I couldn't believe what a difference it made, he was like a puppy again!

Me and my animals have been treated with respect and professionalism every time I have visited Hartland Vet Clinic. It is great to see a young Veterinarian such as Dr. Shannon at work because of the enthusiasm and passion she shows for animals and people. Was running late getting home from work and got to the clinic a little later that my appointment, due to the fact I live out in Rockford. Everyone was really understanding and were still able to get my boy back on the mend. All of the staff members are supper caring and I wouldn't take my boys to anyone else!

Love the amazing quality of care provided by the vet here! Dr. Shannon has been working with our cat & dog for the past few years, and although it's farther from home, we actually followed her to Hartland from our old vet's office where she used to work. She is SO CARING, wonderful and not to mention fairly priced. The only thing I miss is the walk-in appointments from our last vet, but when I needed to make an emergency appointment, Hartland had availability and didn't hesitate to take us right away. Clean, friendly, caring, smart. I would recommend for anyone to take their fur babies here!

I recently moved into the area from out of state and my German short hair got a pretty nasty cut. I needed a vet that would help quickly. They saw him immediately, stitched him up, updated his vaccinations, and were able to sell me flee and tick guard, along with his antibiotics and pain medicine. They worked with my tight schedule and were very friendly. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Not to mention it actually smelled pretty nice in there. 😉

My little 8 yr old Yorkie mix developed an eye infection that would not respond to home remedy, so I took him to the Hartland Vet Clinic where we met Dr. Shannon and her fine staff. It is great to see a young Veterinarian such as Dr. Shannon at work because of the enthusiasm and passion she shows for animals and people. Dr. Shannon is a wonder with my two kitties. Was so helpful when one of my boys had a reaction and I was super worried about him. Was running late getting home from work and got to the clinic a little later that my appointment, due to the fact I live out in Rockford. Everyone was really understanding and were still able to get my boy back on the mend. All of the staff members are supper caring and I wouldn't take my boys to anyone else!

My dog Belle had a growth removed from her eye lid and her teeth cleaned and some pulled. Dr. Shannon and her staff were wonderful.

Love the amazing quality of care provided by the vet here! Dr. Shannon has been working with our cat & dog for the past few years, and although it's farther from home, we actually followed her to Hartland from our old vet's office where she used to work. She is SO CARING, wonderful and not to mention fairly priced. The only thing I miss is the walk-in appointments from our last vet, but when I needed to make an emergency appointment, Hartland had availability and didn't hesitate to take us right away. Clean, friendly, caring, smart. I would recommend for anyone to take their fur babies here!
