It took me a long time to find the right vet, I'm so glad & thankful I found them. They have been amazing with our fur babies & during a very difficult time when we had to have one put down, they were so caring & gave us all the time we needed. We have a Staffy who is terrified of about most everything & acts like he is big tough guy but is shaking & belly crawling. They are so awesome with him. My others put on those puppy eyes & have to act so cute because they want attention. They just nuzzle right up to the vets & are perfectly comfortable. We have been seeking care for our pets here for 11 years. We have had to put two of our pups down as they got old. Never an easy thing to do but the doctors were very compassionate in both cases. They all are so friendly and knowledgeable staff. The drs and staff treat u like friends and address ur furbabies by name. Taking the extra time to address ur questions, concerns and to help you fully understand. Drs also take extra time and care with nervous and scared patients, nvr harsh or uncaring to u or ur babies. always have drs full attention during ur appt, nvr any interruptions or assists popping in. Staff really go out of their way for u and ur furbabies. A couple of times our furbaby, Crickett needed some water, being nervous and one of the girls gladly got her so water with a smile and told us we were very welcome, if we needed anything else let them know. Our other furbaby Carrot has surgery and wasn't dealing well and was ripping her stitches out, she had to stay in the clinic for 2 wks(And u're probably thinking that was super expensive. Not really it was really reasonable and less than we thought it would cost) , they allowed us to come and visit anytime and as long as we wanted. They allow us to take her out and hold her. Carrot was so at peace, not stressing, not messing with her stitches and mind u she was not on any meds to alter her mood. Even with no appt, drs would time the time to update up on Carrot, anwser any questions or concerns, nvr making us feel they were too busy for our concerns. Nvr have too wait long in the waiting room. Within about 5mins at most they are asking us to bring our baby(babies) around by name. Always kind and understand matter, even at times of a unplanned stressful bill situations. We have had bad situations with other vet clinics, but not here, best place, drs and staff. We were recommended to come here by good friends and In the very first appt the drs earn our full trust and have already recommended them to everyone we know and meet that r looking for a vet. I know it might sounds corny, but Auburn Animal Care Clinic truly is knowledgeable care with a big heart . We can't say enough good things about them. We truly love them . The Animal Care Clinic has taken care of my dogs for as long as they have been in Auburn. I have alway been more than please with the care they have provided. Last Friday I had to make that trip to the Veterinarian, that no pet owner wants to make. I had come home and found that my 16 1/2 year old beagle had suffer a severe neurological event; she was so weak, confused, & in obvious pain. I called the clinic and they were able to get her in. I knew that I would not be bringing my Cricket home. I can't say enough about the Animal Care Clinic and their staff. Their kindness & compassion was awesome! My Dog Molly had to get neutered at age 10 and had a very slow healing time. The vets and staff here are amazing. I used to live in Auburn and going there was really convenient as I was only a few minutes away. A year ago I moved to Fort Wayne and even though it is not as convenient to take her there, the vets and staff have made it where I will not go anywhere else! This is a top notch facility that truely cares for your animal.
