Their general knowledge of cats and dogs is great. They seem to legitimately care for my animals. They are a bit pricey but not horrible and they are close by so the convenience outweighs my preference for cheaper treatment (can't get both at any quality vet). However I will never take my ball python to them again. The lady knew nothing of its basic needs or even even they laid eggs or live young. She was particularly proud of the horrendous advice she was giving out to any and all reptile owners as if every type of reptile needed the exact same amount of lighting,heat or humidity. I have been bringing my pets here for years and the staff is so kind.  They are the only people I can find that is patient enough for my Lab mix that is a little "difficult" to handle with clipping her toenails.  Dr Woodruff and staff are really great with all 3 of our animals and have Saturday hours too which are so helpful for my work week. So thankful for this clinic and staff. The initial contact was friendly and they got us in the same day. The staff was great. My Bruce is a Border Collie mix and can be a little suspicious of men in particular. Dr. Woodruff read that quickly as he entered the exam room and sat on the floor to give him a chance to come to him. Only after Bruce proceeded to give him kisses and tried to climb in his lap did he start checking him out. I have been using this vet for several years now. My first encounter with them came as the result of my dog having seizures. Although my dog was not a current patient, they saw him immediately. They took care of my dog and counseled me on his ongoing needs. When my dog passed due to a seizure in the middle of the night, they were wonderful. My chihuahua is also a patient at the clinic, and everyone is very patient with him as he is a drama king. Most recently, my son's cat became very ill. She was not a patient at the clinic, but they saw her the same day I called for help. She needed emergency surgery which was also performed the same day. Everyone was amazing in explaining the surgery. They assisted me in applying for care credit in order to pay for the procedure. I cannot express how thankful I am to have found this office. I have two large dogs, and four cats. Two surgeries and a cat that almost passed on. During both of my dogs surgeries, the staff was proactive, friendly, loving, and patient. I ask a lot of questions and they answered them with a smile. Price for the surgeries was discussed before hand and there were no surprises at the time of payment. When I had trouble affording the first surgery, they offered a credit card that allowed me to get it done and pay it at a pace that wouldn't break the bank. They offer as much help as possible and then some. Everyone here loves animals and you can see it in their work. They care about what they do and who they do it for. When we rescued our kitten Jack, he was malnourished, covered in fleas, and had a respiratory infection. The vet and caregivers went above and beyond. They called to check on him during our touch and go 3 day wait period to see if he would pull through and rejoiced with us when he did. I started going here back in summer of 2014 when my poor cat, Link got my roommate€s hair ties. I am eternally grateful that Dr. Woodruff saved Link€s life. Very Nice staff.  Confirm Dr. Woodruff is available when scheduling appt.  Have visited twice and there was a substitute vet.  They both were fine but I prefer seeing my primary vet.  I consider this a big advantage to establishing at a small office. Read Less

My husband and I rescued a lab mix, we named Bentley, last fall and discovered he had heart worms. We were devastated. Our Bentley is such a sweet animal. We immediately made an appointment with the Pet Clinic of Brownsburg. The entire staff is amazing. Every single person there has taken excellent care of Bentley thru his heart worm treatment. Bentley has been heart worm free since March. Their dedication to helping us and our dog means the world to us. They have become like family to us and know my voice when I call. I want to thank this wonderful doctor and staff for their care, love and compassion for our fur baby, and me this past week. They met our 13 year old cat Tigger for the first time. I stopped going here a few years ago due to them allowing our cat to die alone, making us think she had a chance to recover instead of allowing us to euthanize when we had the chance. But my neighbor who is older and cannot drive has been taking her dog here and I've driven her to appts. The first Appt was alright, except when the vet tech came in to do nails. The dog is an elderly (15) year old Shepard mix and he was manhandling the dog to the point where it urinated all over himself and the floor. After he cut into the quick three times we tried to tell him to just stop but carried on since he just had "a few more". The second Appt, we brought the dog 15 minutes before the appointment time, were led into a room and sat there for 30 minutes waiting to be seen. The tech comes in and tells us that we had to wait since we were 45 minutes late to the appointment! We argued that no, this was the appointment time given and then they figured out, oh yeah it was their fault due to whoever answered the phone put it in wrong. Something that could have been resolved when we first came in instead of 30 minutes of sitting later. He was taken back for xrays, which the tech gave some bs about osha being the reason the owner couldn't come back (just be honest and say it's best for the dog and the staff that the owner isn't there). The tech didn't get the bladder in the xray so they had to do it again. The second attempt, he did not do a lateral view (the only view that the bladder could be seen, why the tech didn't know this I'll never guess), so they had the actual vet do it a third time. The dog was beyond stressed and in pain by this time. Finally we were told that an ultrasound would need to be done and they were to fax paperwork to get this done at noahs. Somehow they managed to get the wrong number on the paperwork, and by the time the owner called noahs to find out the hold up, it was too late to schedule for this week, and the vets office argued that they did not make the mistake. Very unprofessional staff and quite frankly dirty office, smells very bad even for a vet office. I would never recommend anyone who cares about their animals to go here. I have recommendations of an excellent nearby vet if anyone would like to inquire.Read Less
