I will never take another one of my animals to this place. The lady at the desk was very rude and constantly rolling her eyes at me. We took our dog there to be spayed and The doctor said when he shaved her she was already spayed so instead without our permission he pulled teeth and then cleaned the rest of her teeth and charged us for services we did not ask for. They told my wife they pulled three teeth and did a cleaning but when I talked to the vet about all of it he said all he did was pull one tooth and give yearly shots and charged us $180.00. NEVER AGAIN!! The first time we tried to go to this place, they said walk in only on Saturdays. We walked in and they said appointment only so we assumed we made a mistake and made an appointment while in the office. My fiance said Dr Gogh was a little rough with him but our cat was scared so maybe he was taking precautionary measures. Some time went by and our female cat needed attention, so we called to make an appointment for Saturday and they said they dont do appointments for Saturday and we are welcome to walk in between 7-12. I was confused because this already happened once so I asked to just go ahead and make an appointment and she stated its walk in only and refused to help me make an appointment. I confirmed the hours and got off the phone. Saturday rolls around and we arrive at 830am but the place is still closed. I check the hours on the door which say 9am. We decided to get some food and came back. At 858, a car finally pulled up which appeared to be the receptionist. We waited for her to unlock the door and followed as it was just after 9am. I was filling out the sign in sheet when she walked out of a back room and asked if we had an appointment and asked if we knew that Dr Gogh wont come in for another hour. He and I both looked at each other and then at her and said "no because you guys dont take appointments for Saturdays; its walk in only." She smiled strangely and said that its appointment only. 2 big complaints/questions: WHY WOULDNT THEY ALLOW ME TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I CALLED??? and WHY WOULDNT THE DOCTOR BE THERE WHEN HIS OFFICE OPENS??? Dr Gough may be an excellent small dog vet but when it comes to large breed care I don't feel like he's comfortable with it. I spent 5 minutes with him this morning with my dog that has bloody stool and all he did was stand to the side and tell me how aggressive huskies are. We will not be returning. Read Less

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional place! I left multiple messages and never got a call back. When I called to bake an apt, the lady wants to snack her lips and tell me how she still hasn't checked it! It's 2pm! What do you call what you do for a living? Surly NOT work!
