Ryan and his team did wonderful work on my mare they had to go in and debride bone out of her face it left little to no scar they took wonderful care of her I couldn't of been happier :)

We have used Conley and Koontz equine hospital for almost 5 years with excellent results. Here is one of many stories that we have been pleased with: Our first horse was an off track thoroughbred that raced for 10.5 years which caused stifle issues. Dr Conley took the time and care to work with not only with our horse's physical issues but also helped eliminate environmental stresses by looking over his stall and run out to isolate any problems. He gave us a clear path of action we could take to help our boy. With the combined effort, we have had a happy and healthy horse for years. We use Conley and Koontz for shots, teeth, and any health emergencies. The staff is very professional when they come to our barn, take time to explain whatever is happening, and clean up before they leave. Thank you Conley and Koontz equine Hospital!

We requested a pre-purchase exam at a nearby barn prior to buying a horse and specifically asked for front feet and one hock to be x-rayed and ANYTHING beyond that needed authorization from us. This ...
We requested a pre-purchase exam at a nearby barn prior to buying a horse and specifically asked for front feet and one hock to be x-rayed and ANYTHING beyond that needed authorization from us. This was mentioned to them in two separate phone calls. We were not present for the exam because we live 3 states away. Conley & Koontz took it upon themselves to do 12 x-rays and my bill ended up being $1,276.47. I talked with the office manager as well as the vet tech who was onsite that day to no avail. They know I am not a repeat customer, living MN and they had zero customer service to acknowledge they failed to heed to our initial request. Unfortunately the bill was double of what was expected.

Dr. Koontz and team were amazing. Took my gelding in for an eye injury. This team went above and beyond. They helped ease my fears and my boy is doing great. My crazy decided to be a brat and wouldn't load. The girls spent over an hour helping me get him into the trailer. I can't say enough good things about this hospital. Special thanks also to Rachel, Alyssa, and Mandy for being wonderful!
