I couldn't have had a better experience.
When the Doc called me to tell me what was wrong with Sugar (she had an eye infection), I asked him to remove a burr from her tail that she wouldn't let me remove. He said they had already taken care of it. They also removed a tick from her shoulder. Line Street Vet goes above and beyond the call for all of my pets, and sends me timely reminders when they're due for a follow-up exam or vaccinations.
The doctors and technicians genuinely care about the animals they treat, and they provide a comprehensive exam process that will ensure nothing is overlooked; from teeth to tail, my pets get a very thorough and careful examination EVERY time I bring them in.
When their treatment is concluded, I get a printout of everything that was done, what the charge was for each procedure (there's never a charge for tender, loving care) and clear instructions for any follow-up care or medication needed at home. If I have questions or concerns, all I have to do is pick up the phone; my questions are answered or my concerns are properly addressed.
Line Street Vet's prices are very reasonable, to say the least, the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and, most importantly, they truly care about my pets (and yours) as much as I care about them.

My wife has used Line St Vet since before we were dating. They are BY FAR the cream of the crop. We took our 14 y/o mini schnauzer in last night. Dr Ahlemeyer came in as he ALWAYS does and listens to our concerns. (We also have a 12 y/o weim that the staff has seen MULTIPLE times). Anyways, our schnauzer Chewie was nearing the end of his time with us,and had become unresponsive and lethargic...Dr. Ahlemeyer did some testing on our little guy and looked us in the eye,and did NOT sugar coat or try to pressure us into anything. My wife and I at this time,even though we both knew that it would happen to us at some point, began to discuss what would be the "right thing" to do for Chewie. He explained the whole procedure that would be done,and assured us that our little guy would be pain free and comfortable as he crossed the "rainbow bridge". He then gave us our time to say goodbye. After we said goodbye, he came back in with the needle. He took even MORE TIME to assure us what was going to happen,and injected our beloved furbaby for the last time. Now at this point my wife and I were 2 bawling babies,(probably more me than her) and he listened for our furbaby's last heartbeat,and let us stay with him, until we wanted to leave. FIRST CLASS PROFESSIONAL STAFF 100% from the receptionists,to the techs, to the doctors...I will use this vet until I have no more fur babies....Thank you again Line Street Vet for all you did for Chewie

This place is wonderful. A few years ago I almost lost my dog Emma when she collapsed at home. She had no symptoms until she vomited and became unresponsive. I rushed her to the closest hospital and I am so thankful for that decision. Dr. Landrum came in and got right to work. She was clear and informative about everything she was doing and also compassionate and understanding. She figured out it was her liver and not only took all of the actions necessary to help her she provided extra TLC by staying long past her shift to keep an eye on her and make sure she was okay. Emma looked like she wasnt going to make it, but because of the care provided by everyone at Line Street Veterinary Hospital, Emma is still here. I go to them with my kitty now as well and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. I love my vet hospital! Thank you!

If you want an honest review, please do not listen to Ms.P. For 15 years we have been going to Line St.Vet because they insist on giving every one of their clients the very best care and attention. They know each client and their pets' name as well as any condition they have had to treat. We have tried other vets but none make us feel as comfortable, just like old friends. Matter of fact, over the years, I can say we have become old friends- they are just that accommodating. If Ms. P thinks they ripped her off then SHE was not listening as Line St. Vet's staff carefully explain everything and every option. Check it out for yourself. Don't believe every bitter review.

I just really want to thank you all for always being honest to me about my cat matrix and what was best for him. everyone there is friendly, caring and thoughtful. I've been coming there for a few years now and always felt like I could trust you'd do what was best for my kitty cat.today his life had to end here and I was at ease Dr. Stephanie Landrum was the doctor who helped him. she was honest and helpful in the visits leading up to today's events always about what was best for matrix my kitty boy.I wish to thank everyone who has met my cat over the years there and was always so nice to me and talkative about how my cat was doing when he wasn't there with me.I know I didn't show much emotion putting him down but believe me my heart was broken into pieces. him and I were together for about 12 years and it was so hard to do but best for him as he was suffering.whenever I get another cat, you all will meet him and help me care for it too.I am just grateful you've all been there for me when I needed it.4 hours ago I held him as he went to sleep there, I miss him terribly here at home now.thank you all so very much and god bless you all.respectfully, Larry Millington Jan 13th 2017

Quality Care!!! Since I've had quite the opposite experience of a previous review I felt compelled to share my experience at Line Street. They provide exceptional care for my dog. As a pet owner of many pets for many years, I have visited numerous veterinary clinics. None have surpassed the care I receive at Line Street! Line Street provides a great facility staffed with professional, knowledgeable, caring individuals. From the friendly welcome and check-in at the reception desk to the examination by a highly skilled team of vet techs and vet you know you are receiving the best of care. Line Street Veterinary Clinic is the BEST and as an experienced pet owner I would highly recommend that you entrust them with the care of your furry little family members.

Wow. What a great experience! First impressions were great: walked in to an organized and clean vet clinic. Fresh smell and everything in its place. Friendly staff greeted me right away, which is refreshing not having to wait. I have been at places where they made me wait in line, despite my immediate need to see someone. This was not the case for Line Street, they were prompt and caring. The vets took care of my animal as if it was their own, which I feel is hard to find anymore these days. They were very organized, and I felt I could ask them anything during my animal's examination without feeling rushed. Their expertise and experience really showed. The vet thoroughly explained what was being done and what I would be charged for. I left feeling informed and confident I received quality care for my animal. Very nice set-up all together and would DEFINITELY go back! I recommend Line Street Veterinary Hospital to anyone looking for caring and quality care.

Worst vet service my dog & I have EVER received... and it was even on our first visit. We will NEVER go back there. I felt like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished and I felt worse when I left. They're more concerned about the money than about caring for the animal. The vet barely looked over my dog during the check-up & neglected on taking a temperature on her. POOR SERVICE. Lack of care for their patients. They like to charge you for things that you had NO idea were additional fees. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I couldn't believe how insensitive they were with my pet. The veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience THAT much worse. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else that ACTUALLY cares about the pet's well-being & aren't greedy on collecting money. True disappointment.

When the Doc called me to tell me what was wrong with Sugar (she had an eye infection), I asked him to remove a burr from her tail that she wouldn't let me remove. He said they had already taken care of it. They also removed a tick from her shoulder. Line Street Vet goes above and beyond the call for all of my pets, and sends me timely reminders when they're due for a follow-up exam or vaccinations.

This place is wonderful. A few years ago I almost lost my dog Emma when she collapsed at home. She had no symptoms until she vomited and became unresponsive. I rushed her to the closest hospital and I am so thankful for that decision. Dr. Landrum came in and got right to work. She was clear and informative about everything she was doing and also compassionate and understanding. She figured out it was her liver and not only took all of the actions necessary to help her she provided extra TLC by staying long past her shift to keep an eye on her and make sure she was okay. Emma looked like she wasnt going to make it, but because of the care provided by everyone at Line Street Veterinary Hospital, Emma is still here. I go to them with my kitty now as well and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. I love my vet hospital! Thank you!

Wow. What a great experience! First impressions were great: walked in to an organized and clean vet clinic. Fresh smell and everything in its place. Friendly staff greeted me right away, which is refreshing not having to wait. I have been at places where they made me wait in line, despite my immediate need to see someone. This was not the case for Line Street, they were prompt and caring. The vets took care of my animal as if it was their own, which I feel is hard to find anymore these days. They were very organized, and I felt I could ask them anything during my animal's examination without feeling rushed. Their expertise and experience really showed. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else that ACTUALLY cares about the pet's well-being & aren't greedy on collecting money. True disappointment.

NEGATIVE STARS!!!Worst vet service my dog & I have EVER received... and it was even on our first visit. We will NEVER go back there. I felt like my appointment was pointless. Nothing was accomplished and I felt worse when I left. They're more concerned about the money than about caring for the animal. The vet barely looked over my dog during the check-up & neglected on taking a temperature on her. POOR SERVICE. Lack of care for their patients. They like to charge you for things that you had NO idea were additional fees. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I couldn't believe how insensitive they were with my pet. The veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience THAT much worse. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else that ACTUALLY cares about the pet's well-being & aren't greedy on collecting money. True disappointment.
