My dogs love the people there, staff very friendly, polite and explain needs of dogs when going home. Second time needed to board my dogs,great.

Hardly impressed.... Poor and unprofessional customer service. Incompetent office help that scheduled our dog’s surgery on a day that they do not do surgeries on. Requested multiple times to no avail ...
Hardly impressed.... Poor and unprofessional customer service. Incompetent office help that scheduled our dog’s surgery on a day that they do not do surgeries on. Requested multiple times to no avail for our dogs records to be faxed to the new vet clinic. All in all, not recommended. Save yourself the headache and go 10 mins north to Huntingburg or to the Warrick county clinic in Booneville.

Never have I found a more caring and compassionate staff. They treat their pet patients and pet parents as if they were family. Dr. Fran is extremely knowledgeable and gives most generously of her time, talent and expertise. This is an extremely professional yet loving practice as both you and your pets are treated with the utmost kindness and respect meeting the physical as well as psychological needs of pets and those who love them.

I have been searching for a good vet since I moved to Indiana 4 years ago from Kansas. Dr Francis Traylor took care of Bella (my dog) today and I left there knowing I had found a great place for her and my other dog Lilly. The staff and Dr Taylor were friendly, caring and professional. Thank goodness there is a clinic you feel cares about your pet and helps you deal with having a sick animal. Thumbs up for Dr Traylor!

St Francis vet is an outstanding place. I have serval dogs and cats that have and still goes there they have a wonderful staff take takes time out to help you with your little or big babies. I have now 3 dogs & 2 cats. I think that Dr Fran is wonderful with my little kids. My dogs goes crazy when we go there they love to go there even we past the pet clinic they get upset because we don't stop there. They are very compassionate about the animals that goes there. u

Hardly impressed.... Poor and unprofessional customer service. Incompetent office help that scheduled our dog’s surgery on a day that they do not do surgeries on. Requested multiple times to no avail for our dogs records to be faxed to the new vet clinic. All in all, not recommended. Save yourself the headache and go 10 mins north to Huntingburg or to the Warrick county clinic in Booneville.

Dr. Fran is extremely knowledgeable and gives most generously of her time, talent and expertise. I have been searching for a good vet since I moved to Indiana 4 years ago from Kansas.
