i just moved into the area and was in desperate need of a new vet for my four adorable ferrets.I live right down the street practically from Animal Aid clinic south, so I drive passed it all the time. I decided to give them a call and see what they're like. The woman i spoke to was named Tara, she was wonderful. Gave me all the information I needed and then some. She was friendly and patient. I called her back later that day to make my appointment, and she told me to ask for her. She told since I'm bringing in multiple pets, she wanted to schedule me for at least an hour appointment, that way all the ferrets could have proper time with the vet. I went to my appointment, and was incredibly impressed. The inside is clean, well lit and taken care of. The receptionists that were working were kind and friendly and gushed over my ferrets. Since I'm a first time patient, I needed to fill out the necessary forms, which were simple and fast to complete.I was seen promptly. The vet tech weighed the ferrets, and gushed over them as well. The vet, Dr. Dean was amazing!! She took at least 20 minutes with each ferret, checking over every inch of them. Dr. Dean seemed to love my girls as much as I do. She also let me hold the ferrets during the shots and check up.She complimented me on taking wonderful care of the girls and told me they were in perfect condition.I was offered a shot record book for each ferret. At check out, I was given four rabies tags AND a 15% discount off my bill for having more than 3 animals seen at once.I'm so thrilled I found a great new vet. Especially on my first try.Highly recommended!! Read Less
